   once again great service and food. the crab cakes and beef Wellington were delicious. 4 of us tonight. our entrees were the pork chop, filet mignon, shrimps and grits and flatbread. with a side of the mushrooms. every dish was great and the mushrooms were superb. i highly recommend trying out shires.

   This has been my favorite restaurant to go to for my birthday for 5 years now. It’s always wonderful. Service was lovely, very accommodating- they asked my party of 6 if we wanted indoor or outdoor seating, we did outdoor. It was beautiful. I had spinach dip to start, they allowed me to get extra crostini bread. I always get the salmon for my entree - fabulous as always, and they even sent me a dessert with a candle, so thoughtful. It was perfect as usual.

   Our server was excellent, she was very attentive to our needs and friendly. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. I can’t wait to return.

   Great food and wine. The beef Wellington apps were so good. Had the New York Strip and it was so good.

   We celebrated my daughter’s graduation iand we had a wonderful experience. Food was delicious and service was amazing too

   We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation at Shirer’s Rooftop. The food was delicious, staff were friendly, and it was beautifully decorated. We highly recommend for any occasion.

   The service was prompt and friendly. We spent the day showing out of town friends around our vibrant downtown and capped it with dinner at Shire’s Rooftop. I can only speak for myself. I ordered the Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle. The dish lacked flavor and under the top layer of tagliatelle the pasta was close to a solid mass. It was very disappointing. The view from the outdoor seating area is great, overlooking northern Kentucky, the banks and the city’s professional sports stadiums. I’ve been to Shires before for cocktails and enjoyed the experience. It was a shame this dinner didn’t live up to my previous experience. Overall, a disappointing dining experience.

   This is a great place to take people you want to impress. The view is every bit as great as the food. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the scallops were amazing.

    We had Makayla for a server and she was amazing! Very attentive and made sure we were taking care of. She even suggested things that were popular and not so popular. Great overall first time experience
