   We drove here after double checking it’s open to show up to a closed restaurant. Again we had a resy and called twice!

   Had a great experience at the Victorian yesterday for a Saturday lunch. The drinks and food were phenomenal. We ordered the mussels, lobster roll and truffle fries. Everything was very tasty and cooked well. It felt very clean and safe in regards to COVID-19. They checked our temperature and hand sanitizer was placed on every table. Will definitely return again!

   Waygu Frite was prepared close to perfect temp w/ rare-medium rare however it was extremely chewy, couldn't eat it. Lamb Kabob mostly fat extremely chewy didn't finish. Chicken Kabob delish - ate all of that. Mac N Cheese was 99% cheese not nearly enough Mac, couldn't eat it. Brussel sprouts on point, and the Yellowtail Sashimi was sublime, by far the best bite. Big meal was curated perfectly by our server Michelle, who was outstanding. Wine was superb and the whisky highball, fantastic. All in all space, setting, service was fantastic. The food relative to price was in the end average w/ exception of sashimi. The Steak Fries, almost forgot, the best I have ever had. Little thing, I know, but it deserved to be highlighted; perfect crunch and softer than a down pillow inside, freakin fantastic. Delightfully, average.

   Loved the outdoor patio! We ordered the chopped salad which was delicious and unique. It comes fully covered in baked phyllo dough which was delicious to nibble on. The dressing was very good. The Brussel sprouts were perfection! Great ambiance and the wait staff was very friendly.

   sat us on the lawn in front of another business. It was freezing cold and away from all heaters. Chairs were super uncomfortable, service was trash.

    I wanted to give four/five stars for each category; however, with it being COVID and a super windy day, my overall experience didn’t fair as I hoped. I ordered the Mac n’ cheese and added lobster. Of course, lobster at market price makes for a super over glorified mac n’ cheese entree. The price point was a bit high and it the food got cold quickly. My hot toddy didn’t stay very “hot toddy’ish” because it was extremely windy. They moved the heya lamp that was on our table to another location due to another table requesting it. Uh, perhaps more heat lamps are needed as opposed to taking ours away? Because it was so windy, there were tons of pieces of palm tree branches and the like flying around and in my food/drink... This was prior to the 8’ minimum regulation for tables, but it was a bit less than 6’ at the time. I wasn’t that comfortable and kept putting my mask back on. Overall, with their new GM and possibly new staff, I would give it another try.
