We drove here after double checking it’s open to show up to a closed restaurant.
Again we had a resy and called twice!
Loved it! It was an amazing place to relax and enjoy a great meal!
Had a great experience at the Victorian yesterday for a Saturday lunch. The drinks and food were phenomenal. We ordered the mussels, lobster roll and truffle fries. Everything was very tasty and cooked well. It felt very clean and safe in regards to COVID-19. They checked our temperature and hand sanitizer was placed on every table. Will definitely return again!
Menu for food needs more of a variety. Hard to get in contact with waitress
Waygu Frite was prepared close to perfect temp w/ rare-medium rare however it was extremely chewy, couldn't eat it. Lamb Kabob mostly fat extremely chewy didn't finish. Chicken Kabob delish - ate all of that. Mac N Cheese was 99% cheese not nearly enough Mac, couldn't eat it. Brussel sprouts on point, and the Yellowtail Sashimi was sublime, by far the best bite. Big meal was curated perfectly by our server Michelle, who was outstanding. Wine was superb and the whisky highball, fantastic. All in all space, setting, service was fantastic. The food relative to price was in the end average w/ exception of sashimi. The Steak Fries, almost forgot, the best I have ever had. Little thing, I know, but it deserved to be highlighted; perfect crunch and softer than a down pillow inside, freakin fantastic.
Loved the outdoor patio! We ordered the chopped salad which was delicious and unique. It comes fully covered in baked phyllo dough which was delicious to nibble on. The dressing was very good.
The Brussel sprouts were perfection!
Great ambiance and the wait staff was very friendly.
The food was amazing however the environment lack more lights and music
sat us on the lawn in front of another business. It was freezing cold and away from all heaters. Chairs were super uncomfortable, service was trash.
Food is amazing, service is great, everything on time, decent evening. The atmosphere was perfect
I wanted to give four/five stars for each category; however, with it being COVID and a super windy day, my overall experience didn’t fair as I hoped.
I ordered the Mac n’ cheese and added lobster. Of course, lobster at market price makes for a super over glorified mac n’ cheese entree. The price point was a bit high and it the food got cold quickly.
My hot toddy didn’t stay very “hot toddy’ish” because it was extremely windy. They moved the heya lamp that was on our table to another location due to another table requesting it. Uh, perhaps more heat lamps are needed as opposed to taking ours away?
Because it was so windy, there were tons of pieces of palm tree branches and the like flying around and in my food/drink...
This was prior to the 8’ minimum regulation for tables, but it was a bit less than 6’ at the time. I wasn’t that comfortable and kept putting my mask back on.
Overall, with their new GM and possibly new staff, I would give it another try.
Perfect! Elvis is the best manager. He picked us out a nice bottle of wine to go with our crab legs and lobster rolls! Can't wait for brunch there soon
Great area, great vibe, excellent service! The lamb kabobs were the best. We are excited to return after the covid restrictions for the full effect.
Awful awful experience - witnessed staff kicking out a black man in an argument that was perpetrated by two white men - do not go here
horrible service - v rude manager
Seemed a bit over-priced. Not sure if this is COVID-19 pricing, or what. Otherwise, seemingly safe and pleasant.
Our server was super friendly and nice. Atmosphere was fun and Covid safe.
Really nice ambiance but the food could be a lot better considering the price.
Best place in SM for drinks and good times with friends!
My visit was during the pandemic, and I appreciated all the efforts to allow for space, and measures taken for disinfecting and waitstaff in face shields. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious, although a little on the pricey side but that is typical of the neighborhood. Lovely atmosphere.
Very good service every time I go here. They do a very good job of taking care of you
Nice ambiance, but overpriced and terrible tasting food.
Love the outdoor setting, perfect covid date spot. Mini lobster shrimp was delicious!
Our new favorite place-- we enjoy the food and the vibe is great!
The space was fun, our waitress was amazing and the food and drinks were great. We enjoyed it!
Loved their Cobb salad and fries were excellent. Burgers were pretty good too
They put us in the back corner. Every one of us had a spider fall on us at some point. The waitress had to be yelled at to come over and serve us. We finally got water at the end of the meal.
Overpriced food, not great, but expected for good ambience.
Such a cute place! Easy parking (costs $10), but drinks were great!
We had a reservation for six for 10:30. We ended up having to push it back to 10:45 which they were so nice and accommodating about. When we got there we were seated in a cool spillover lounge area (an extension due to Covid). However, we were so far away that we felt like our server didn’t notice us. We had to call someone over after a while of waiting because no one came to take our drink order after roughly 15-20 min. We ordered from a nice woman who wasn’t actually our server, and our drinks came out shortly thereafter. However, right after our drinks came out (only had taken about 3 sips) someone came over and told us the outdoor spillover area was closing in 10 minutes due to city guidelines. Totally understandable/I get that it’s an ordinance, but not one person had told us about this throughout our entire (short) reservation. The reservation was supposed to be for 2 hours and we were told to wrap it up right after getting our drinks. We asked if we could be moved to a table on the main property since it was open for normal business hours and were told that they “weren’t seating people anymore” in that area.... it felt like really poor planning. They shouldn’t seat reservations in the spillover area if they’ll be cut half the time they’re allotted, and should seat them in the main area. OR at the very least, should notify the group of the time crunch. Usually love this place, but we felt rushed and confused. If you make a reservation I suggest requesting a table in the main area.
Went to eat here for my 3 year anniversary and it was beyond amazing. The food was some of the best I’d ever had and the ambiance was even better. I would highly recommend coming here for a nice night out.
A wonderful dining experience. It feels like you are in the park.
We are locals and love going. Service outstanding and the ambiance and outdoor setting perfect. Lobster rolls for what you get are outrageous but the Bloody Mary’s made up for that. A fun experience.
The waitress told us something totally different about the quantity of our order for price and didn’t make things right for her mistake.
My server was great, we really liked her . Food also came out really quick
Food was delicious and staff was great! Good presentation and overall great taste. Also the drinks we ordered were good. They are following Covid guidelines also!! Tables are well spaced out and staff wears masks and gloves.
Food was terrible and overpriced. Drinks were made poorly. Cool outdoor setting but just go for beers.
Let me begin with sure we are in the middle of the pandemic so its nice to sit outside with appropriate social distancing. We were seated on the lawn with substandard horrible furniture and just expect a little more when you charge $69 for crab( crab was good) and the sashimi we ordered salmon and yellowtail had a strong odor so after tasting the yellowtail did not try the salmon! Ok the french fries came first all four of us dove in, it was dripping with oil and dark. So ordered a second and stated small request that it not be dark brown. It actually came burnt. So the third time perfect color and again extremely greasy. Fast food does a better job. The staff was friendly and the drinks were good. would not return. Truffle mac and cheese 2 orders not eaten due to no flavor and burger better at In and out. BTW paid for all of it. Never going back.
Pretty outdoor dining especially during Covid, safely spaced out. Resort like ambience, great for hanging out with friends for drinks and food, dog friendly a plus.
I wish I could pay less for a bottle of wine and still enjoy my night ... the price puts me out
We went for my wife's birthday we've been wanting to go for a while. The service started slow but warmed up the staff was attentive they brought a 🔥 close to our table 👍. The food was delicious 😋 but I guess it should be for just over a well spent $300. We'd return. The atmosphere is great but friday is a really young crowd. Oh well we were all young once. Lol
