As part of our summer Guest Chef Series, we’re proud to welcome Chef Danna Hwang of Viviennes’ Bistro (Mercer Island and Downtown Seattle) for a one-night-only dinner. Originally from Guangzhou, China, Chef Danna is known for her refined take on Cantonese cuisine — blending tradition with bright, seasonal flavors and elegant presentation. This collaborative menu, including wine pairings, will be crafted alongside Casia’s own Chef Jason Wilson, with final plating and finishing touches presented live in our Cascade Room for an immersive dining experience. Seating is limited. Reserve now to experience this exceptional culinary evening in the heart of the Methow Valley. $125 per person plus taxes and gratuity. Tables are in groups of 8 guests. Tickets are refundable if cancelled 48 hours prior to the event.

It was a delightful experience! We treated my 98 year old mom, and two other care facility residents, aged 88, to this sweet experience! Their daughters accompanied them as well. A once in a lifetime, reminiscent of earlier days with little girl tea parties. The facility was so easy to maneuver through, and the valley views were beautiful. Thank you to the staff for making this a memorable event’

Beautiful place. Delicious dishes. We had the 40 oz rib steak for two at Med-rare. Came out gorgeous and perfectly cooked. Super tender and flavorful. Excellent fire roasted potatoes and sauce that came with it. The reduction sauce is balanced for being sweet and savory. Must have with the steak. Peaceful setting with views of the mountains. Bonus when there is snow. Service was excellent, attentive and patient. Wine choices worked well with every dish. We also had beets for apps and they were warm and perfect. They were served over a lovely truffled burrata sauce. I will definitely come back for more of Chef Jason’s creations!

My husband and I went to Casia Lodge for a Valentine's Day dinner. Their 4 course meal was impressive, with interesting flavors that I never tried before and we enjoyed each dish. My favorites were the soup, steak, and chocolate dessert. I also loved the decaf french press coffee I had with my dessert. Our server was polite, professional and let us enjoy our date dinner. Overall, we received an excellent dinning experience at Casia Lodge. I highly recommend it!

A magical dining experience. Arrive early to enjoy a cocktail from the historic pub bar while soaking in the magnificent valley view and crackling fire. Every dish was unique and masterfully prepared. The service made us feel like family friends. A perfect evening deserving 10 stars.
