Waitress was not very nice We asked for olive oil to dip our bread in but she said only butter no oil. We were there a week ago and another waitress served us oil.

The chicken Parm was a plentiful and my husband liked it. I got the shrimp scampi ,which was okay. The shrimp was not jumbo like you typically get with this dish. Only had 3 pieces.

We went here to celebrate our return to eat-in dining. I had the veal chop and it was cooked perfect - medium and was very tasty and tender. Most enjoyable. My husband had the Delmonico and it was tender, very tasty and very enjoyable. We had a lovely dinner.

Not a great culinary experience. Price points are high, value is medium to low. Nice job on the interior renovation, but the place reeks of industrial cleaner from the moment you walk in and throughout your dining experience. They need to back off on using whatever it is they are mopping the floor with at night. This is a restaurant not a bus station restroom. Chicken parmigiana is about as standard and straightforward a dish as there is. Why is the spaghetti swimming, and I mean swimming, in a sea of sharp tasting tomato sauce, and why is the chicken parmigiana placed on top of this mess ? I was actually warned about this dish by a staff member before I ordered it, but made the mistake of proceeding to order it anyway. Two entrees, one lemonade, one ice tea and one slice of cake cost us $95.00 (including tip) I don't think they can make it long term with these price points unless everything from start to finish is exceptional, and it was not. However, as long as the South Shore continues to offer nothing beyond sub par dining establishments the people may still come. This was the second chance we gave the new Venetian, and definitely the last.

My husband and I went for an early dinner. The service was great and we didn't feel rushed. The appetizer (calamari) was delicious. We both ordered seafood meals and they were excellent (shrimp scampi and salmon with risotto). The dessert was fantastic (cannolis). We highly recommend this restaurant.

Lisa had the braised short ribs, I had the scallops and a double order of the roasted fingerling potatoes. Both excellent.

We reserved two seats at the end of the bar. Nice!

Jimmy the bartender is the BEST!

Quite an upgrade from the old Venetian and very well done. I had the Sunday Gravy to test the menu. It was absolutely delicious. I always love the sauce there from the former owner. This was as good if not better. I will return. The former owner set the bar pretty high and I think the new owners have delivered on his promise in quality and service. A little upgrade in pricing as well but commensurate with the quality of the food. I will return.

Everything was delicious. The meatball appetizer was very tender and the sauce was very flavorful - not too tart, not too sweet or too salty. I ordered the special which was lobster, shrimp and scallops in vodka sauce over homemade spaghetti. Very tasty. I could have eaten it all but I wanted to try their famous carrot cake. It did not disappoint!! . This was my second time here and I can't wait to return to continue to explore the menu!

The bread that was served was cold and very dry....and the butter, was miniscule for a table of four...Italian bread should be crusty and dense, it was disappointing and not to my liking...

The food was very good. The wait staff seemed to be coping an attitude. Total meal felt rushed and this was with a bill of $250. Received pasta with the wrong sauce. Very loud and difficult to hear. Would like to go back some time just not sure it’s worth the value that you can get somewhere else when you spend $250.

My daughters and myself went to dinner on Saturday May 1, 2021. We had always gone to the old Venetian so we wanted to see how it was with the new owner.
It’s been redecorated and the menus have been revamped and updated.
All the food is great.

We were in the area and decided to try. Prices are reasonable. Wine by the bottle very good price. Old school Italian cuisine. Very crowded for Wednesday night. Garlic knots good but needs more dipping sauce. Carbonara good but not traditional style. Chocolate cake delicious but very expensive. service very good.
