   Everything about this place is fantastic! You must try it! The food is wonderful especially the garlic bread! Best I've ever tasted! Will definitely be returning!

   Went the other night and it was good. However there have been some redecorating which unfortunately does not seem to have improved the place. There is a quite a bit of dark wood now that looks a bit unsightly. It would be nice if they could be decorated better like the rest of the restaurant. Unfortunately the pizzas were slightly burnt and the new menus were not as appealing as the older menus. I love this place and hate to give a bit of a bad review but please put the Venetian Hideaway back in the Venetian!!

   The proprietor and overall service were excellent. We were taken care of like we were VIP guests, and had never been into the restaurant before. The food was really great, and we were given a special private room for the meeting we had with 6 people. (The room can probably accommodate up to 9 -10 people. I felt like I was in an authentic Italian eatery, and couldn't recommend a better spot to eat in the north...

   Have been to the Venetian Hideaway twice now and the ambience is really lovely. Both midweek. The staff are lovely. Would definitely recommend to friends.

   We been going to this restaurant since it opened. As always the staff and owner are very friendly We have enjoyed every visit whether with a group of friends or just with my wife or daughter

   Fabulous hideaway. Buzzing with atmosphere. Had a bottle of Prosecco at the bar as we were early. Tried a delicious selection of Venetian tapas, the garlic prawns were amazing and so were the scallops. We also shared some small pizzas....the best we've had cooked in the wood fired oven. The wines were excellent. Couldn't fault it. It's our favourite place to dine either as a couple or with friends

   We have been many times and the food and atmosphere has always been fantastic. We usually ask for surprise tapas as we get food we would not normally order and it is always amazing. We took some friends who have never eaten there before and we all had a wonderful time. They said they would definitely go again and we would wholeheartedly recommend it. Paolo and his staff treat their customers like friends which adds to the whole experience.

   I have lived in Ramsbottom for 2 years and never been to the Venetian Hideaway before. Went with friends and was very pleasantly surprised how lovely the food was. The atmosphere was great. Quite a few people in for a Tuesday evening, candles on the tables, which had a lovely ambience. Would definitely go again and recommend to friends.

    Simply excellent, fresh and tasty "little plates", we loved it - staff were very friendly and helpful Menu varied and plenty for all tastes Great 1/2 fizz deal Great value for money - We actually said "are you sure ?" as the bill was far less than we expected
