Small intimate cafe. The menu is limited and yet the choices are varied and the food was fresh and very tasty!

Service was slow. Not impressed by the food. Needs more flavor. It was lacking in presentation and expectations by description.

Nicole, the owner, had a smile on her face when we arrived and she still had it when we left. She was very accommodating to all of us. When we arrived we knew which table was ours, it was already set and had a tablecloth on it. I'm not vegan but I did enjoy my meal. The Vegan Nest is well worth the visit.

We were very excited to find the Vegan Nest Cafe on our way back to NY from a wedding in Massachusetts. My wife had subsisted on very little for the previous two days, so the option to actually eat plant-based protein was greatly appreciated! The Cafe is small but cozy, and the owners/staff are extremely warm and friendly. The menu was not huge, but there was a good variety of brunch options. Things moved slowly, which is not surprising given that there are only two people working (and that they are also caring for two small children at the time) but we were not in a big rush. In addition, the Cafe was totally child-friendly, and there was room for our infant in her stroller. The food was a little underwhelming, and the tofu scramble was only barely warm, but the flavors were good and portion sizes were more than adequate. Overall, we are very glad we found the Vegan Nest Cafe and we will come back the next time we are passing through to see how it is on regular (non-brunch) days. Others should give them a try as well, and support this local start-up that is providing good food at good prices, and doing good in the community.

Absolutely wonderful addition to New England’s vegan landscape! Once inside, it feels like you’re in lower Manhattan somewhere, and the food is so incredibly fresh and delicious and healthy!

I can understand the parents are trying to make a business. Very small and noisy, very expensive for the portions. Food was just fair. Sorry.

The Vegan Nest provided a delicious brunch in a lovely atmosphere. They are extremely kid friendly, attentive to customers, and provide healthy food. The owners are upfront with the type of environment the provide (they let you know there is a wait as the food is fresh and their own kids were happily playing there). The Vegan menu can easily satisfy the most doubtful meat eaters. And between my two visits I have seen the atmosphere becoming lovely. Overall a cozy place to enjoy amazing, healthy food provided by kind and caring people.

Vegan Nest Cafe was AMAZING!!! We went for their special 4 course Valentines Dinner. The food was so tasty and vibrant, like the salad! OMG! I don’t usually go crazy about salads but the greens with the beets and carrots had a garlic and butter flavor-I could’ve eaten that all night!! They don’t use black pepper or processed sugars, it was the healthiest tasting meal I’ve had in a long time! I can not wait to go back for lunch!
