All the staff was super helpful! The food was delicious and they we’re really accommodating of our big table

Went here for Sunday brunch. Great food, reasonably priced, and good, friendly service!

Food was great but server was rude and used nicknames based on my friends’ arrivals and clothing. Called them “new guy” and “Carhartt” and was just generally standoffish. Pretty disappointing considering how amazing the food is.

Food was creative and delicious. Highly recommend brunch! Cocktails were amazing!!!

Different types of food. Great selection of beer! Our waiter, Andrew was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The only downfall is parking on the Southside.

Had brunch at the Vault Taproom on 10/24/2020. Food was delicious, service was excellent and the chef went the extra mile to accommodate a young guest. Liked the music and ambiance. We will be back to enjoy the taps sometime soon.

Great food and beer selection!

So, the loudest place I've been without a live band. We couldn't hear each other. Food was expensive, $15 for a sandwich and fries. Beer wall was great. Only charge you for what you drink. I love the concept.

Great place to get together with our college aged daughter and her friends. Delicious food and lovely atmosphere outside. My husband enjoyed the beer tap and our daughter and friends delighted in beautifully served drinks. We look forward to going back when we visit again.

It’s always a good time here. The food comes out quickly, it’s always clean, and the staff is wonderful and friendly.

First visit. Came to celebrate son’s 21st birthday. Calamari and the pretzels were really good. Everything else was just okay. Menu on website is different than menu in restaurant. Doubt we would visit again. Wasn’t overly impressed.

Was visiting from Maryland during g COVID and was so impressed. Great experience...especially since we got to chat with the chef about the food. Went back again during our stay.

It's a southside bar. I suppose, as a large space, and judging from the crowd out the door when we were leaving, it's very popular with the usual southside young crowd. The food was very average. The novelty of pouring your own beverage from the tap is novel but I wasn't a big fan of the place. It's convenient for city theatre though.

It was a good experience and a nice place to do brunch. My sandwich was a little burnt but the taste was good overall.

Great spot for a bite to eat, drink before City Theater. Daisy was a delightful, helpful and lovely server. Happy hour was a plus. And the 'pour your own beer' an interesting way to try new brews. Definitely recommend.

First time going to the Vault around dinner time. It was amazing! Food was delicious, the ambiance was great, and the wall is amazing. The wall is categorized by different types of beer such as sour, light, stout, etc. There’s even wine on the wall. The wall is a must try obviously. Definitely will be coming back again! 😊

Unique dining experience, with top tier service! Menu and beer selection have a great variety

I really like that the beer selection is always new every time; great options of all styles. We had the cauliflower wings with the bbq sriracha to start which were the best cauliflower wings I’ve ever had. Then we had an assortment of tacos for our main that rival any I've had.

Food was great! Loved the beer wall. Only thing was super slow service. Understand it was busy, but not checked in on often.

Great food and cocktails. Tap wall is great with a wonderful mix of 26 different types of craft beers. Servers and managers were friendly and attentive. Both the chef and owner stopped by our table to check on our evening. Great choices on all parts of the menu for the vegetarians in our group. Will definitely be back!

Our valentines dinner was perfect. The food was very good and the service was outstanding!

I always enjoy going to the Vault. All of the food I've had there has been very good. I love being able to pour my own beer. It's nice to be able to try different kinds and only take as much as you want. The macaroni and cheese is delicious. The appetizers are great too and they have good happy hour deals. Overall, I enjoy coming here and I will be back.

The food was amazing. We were sick of the normal Southside brunch spots so we decided to try something new. As picky eaters, we struggle to find food we actually like. This was definitely worth it. The staff was awesome and the beer selection was really great (they had ciders and wine on tap as well).

Beers were of course delicious. Food was VERY good and the portions were large. Definitely want to go back!

We had excellent service. The food was fantastic and I had a BOGO! I will definitely return.

I was happy that this place served both lunch and brunch on Sunday, however we were told that they did not have anything on the menu that was smoked so that was limiting. I ordered the green eggs and ham with a side of bacon which was smoked so not sure why they didn't have anything else that was smoked. The bacon was the best part of my brunch, the eggs really did not have much flavor, nor did the potatoes so I ordered ranch and that made everything better. The coffee was free and really good, however when when we asked for refills, the waitress brought a carafe that looked very weak, so we asked for a fresh pot and it was fine. The owner stopped at our table and was very friendly and helpful. Service was a little off and slow and it wasn't busy, but I will always respect wait staff when I know they are really trying to do their best. I am not sure if I would go back only because there are just too many other places to try on the southside.

It was difficult to catch our server. I sat for 10 minutes after I joined my party and she didn’t come. Then I went to the bar for a drink and waited another 10 minutes and was not acknowledged by either bartender. Food was good. Server was friendly, but I think was too busy.

Just had dinner here tonight. My hubby ordered the bbq wings & mac n chess and I had the classic burger with parm fries. The food came out fast and was delicious! This is our 3rd time here and each time it gets better. Our server was awesome as well.
This Vault is a great addition to the Southside. Will be back soon.

The waitress was very rude

We had a fairly large number in our party (10), so The Vault was one of the only restaurants that could accommodate us on somewhat short notice. Hate to say it, but given the availability, we weren't sure what to expect -- but this place blew us away! Every one of us loved everything about it...from the very cool pour-your-own beer feature, to the appetizers, to the entrees, service, and ambiance. Highly recommend! And thanks, Vault Taproom, for a great NYE dinner experience!

The place is very unique and interesting. The beer prices are a bit high, but the variety is amazing. The food is very very good!! I will go back just for the food but the beer wall will also get my visit lol. Keep up the great work guys!!

The food was great, but our server was barely around. It took almost an hour just to order our food.

Had Sunday brunch with party of 9. Not very prepared for a Sunday brunch, maybe a little early in the morning. Some food cold (likely due to trying to serve all 9 meals at same time), a couple items sub-par in quality. Deciphering the check and dividing in the end was very problematic also.

I've dined there in the evening and has an excellent experience in terms of quality of food and service so I would visit again in a smaller group.
