   Everything was wonderful. It appeared that our server was overbooked with tables as service was a little slow and she wasn't able to check back with us after our food arrived and we didn't have everything we asked for. I would definitely come back as this one thing does not detract from the great food and venue.

   Saturday night, 8:15 reservation, requested a booth. It was very busy and there was no booth available. We went upstairs to have a drink and wait for our booth. It took awhile to get our drinks. Mine, a French 75, was delivered by the waitress, Dani, and she said “sorry about the cherry syrup.” She was referring to the syrup dripping down my glass in three spots. I walked up to the bar looking for cocktail napkins to clean up the mess. None visible, and no acknowledgment from the bartender. Another lady asked if I needed help with something and I explained the mess. She immediately took my sticky glass and brought me my drink in a fresh glass (thank you to her, the only one we encountered who seemed concerned with customer service). We never got a booth, but the hostess did check in regularly to offer tables that had come up. We are local and like to support local businesses. The food is good (steaks are hit or miss on desired doneness), but the service is underwhelming. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but when you spend $300+ on drinks and dinner, you should have a premium experience. When we finally got a table, we were kind of over it and boxed up our meals and left. I don’t write reviews, but I was bothered by our experience and it’s not the first time.

   Always spot on food! Lamb was amazing and fig pizza was amazing!

   This was our first time at the Vault in Fenton & we enjoyed it immensely. The bread service was fantastic as were our entrees. And given our party of 3 were able to dine & pay a generous tip for ~$120, it was reasonably priced during a time of crazy price inflation with restaurants. Note, we did not drink alcohol or have dessert. That would have significantly impaired our $120 tab.

   We had Zach as a server, he did a great job!! Food was amazing, would definitely recommend!

   We decided last minute to head to The Vault for dinner. We ended up with a super nice server and a lovely evening of delicious shareables and drinks!
