About this restaurant

The Vault is a pizzeria that serves traditional Napoletana-style pizza, featuring a wood-fired oven handcrafted from crushed lava rock and imported from Naples. To keep everything as authentic as possible, all of the ingredients and recipes are also imported from Italy, from the flour to the tomatoes to the mozzarella di bufala cheese. The Vault offers both white and red pizzas, such as the white five cheese made with mozzarella, caciocavallo, percorino, fontina and Gargonzola cheeses, or the no-cheese Marinara red pizza topped with San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, oregano, olive oil, black pepper and sea salt. The Vault also offers both hot and cold Panini on homemade baked bread. Ingredients include ham, salami, pepperoni, sautéed spinach, vodka sauce or grilled marinated chicken breast.
