   I was not aware of the seating arrangements when I made the reservation. Dexter was helpful in getting another couple who were seated at a table to trade places for our couch with coffee table seating. Our server, Leah, was very attentive and friendly. We both had chicken tikka masala which was excellent. My only complaint is that the chicken was not bite-sized and was tricky to cut inside of the serving ramekin. The rice was cooked perfectly. My mai-tai cocktail just tasted like sour mix and I wouldn’t order that again. Looking forward to a future visit at a high top table or inside of the vault.

   I liked the look of this place as it was an old bank and the actual vault door is on display. You can even eat inside the old vault. We got an Old Fashion and another drink there and it was pretty good. The food however was a little lacking in my opinion as far as cost for quantity. The other issue I had was sitting. You have two choices - the high top in the middle (they have a few of those) and the remainder seating is couch/chairs with low coffee tables. It made for one awkward and uncomfortable eating experience. I wouldn’t go here again.

   Very strange order of service. First, a salad. Then one entree. Next another appetizer followed by the second entree. It was as if there were two separate meals being served to people who just happened to be at the same table. If we go there again we will advise the servers of the order in which we would like our food. But the food was good.

   The Vault has a lot of potential, it's an attractive space, but it needs a total make over of it's seating options. Low lying coffee tables are not conducive to dining and high top tables are fine with some but not all people. The bar looked like a good option and if we return that is probably where we would sit. Our server Hunter was very attentive but we were a 4 top and 2 of our meals were served 20 minutes after the first. They attempted to make up for that with a free round of Brut Rose which was nice but none of us really wanted that. I would have comp'd the 2 meals that were late. The food was mostly good, short ribs were a hit and their charcuterie and cheese boards were the highlight of our evening. My softshell crab were closer to paper shells which would be their vendor's vault.

    Great little funky restaurant and bar. This was an old bank from the 50s or 60s. Carolina was exceptionally nice and gracious as she took great care of us and was attentive to our needs.

    Myself and two friends went here before a concert downtown last night . We ended up sitting at the bar, and Kristin was amazing ! She was Super friendly , upbeat and made some fun, delicious cocktails for us. We had two appetizers which were phenomenal. Loved the vibe and aesthetics of the restaurant. Excited to go back!

    Food and drinks are delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Be aware, this is not a sit down dinner place. It is small plates serve in coffee tables while guests are seated in couches and comfy chairs. Small plates can be not so small and pricey.

    Food was unexpectedly good and the service was exceptional. We’ve been here 2x in a matter of 3 weeks and both times were excellent. Paul, our server was outstanding. He knows his food and drinks and he gives you great recommendations. We ordered a lot of food thinking that we won’t get filled up due to it being small portions. Alas, we were mistaken. We were all so bloated by the time we finished eating. Also, the cocktails were good. The only downside is parking. It’s hard to find a parking spot on a weekend but we will definitely return here bringing new people with us.

    Met for drinks celebrate a big birthday. Staff was very accommodating: service was awesome. Great drinks and nibbles. Had a group picture taken in front of the vault. Fantastic venue hitting it out of the park.

    My Wife and I had our Son and Daughter in Law in from Pittsburgh for the weekend. We brought them to the Liberty Trust and Vault for dinner. We were seated in the "vault" and treated like VIP's. Service was terrific and good quality was some of the best we have had. Roanoke is fortunate to have a place like this in our Valley. We highly recommend that dinner there is on folk's calendar.

    Service was outstanding! Incredibly knowledgeable and affable staff! Interesting eclectic menu and the food was flavorful and well presented. Some dishes were better than others but we really felt taken care of and appreciated the accommodations for a food allergy. The vibe is energetic and fun and we loved the music playlist.     Our waitress was so nice - all of the staff were! The bartender made me a special request drink and even came to the table for me to try it. The food was outstanding! This may be our new favorite date night spot in Downtown Roanoke!

    This is a great hotel bar. If I were staying in the hotel I’d be happy to be lazy and stay in and eat here. The service was excellent and the atmosphere cozy, great for a drink before you head up to your room. However, it’s a pretty lame place for a date night. The tables are low - too low for eating. The food was hit and miss. The potatoes were particularly bad. The drinks were okay, but there are many places in Roanoke I’d go first. We were seated near the back exit, which was fine early when the sun was up. But as it got darker, the brightness of the exit - and the coldness of the open door - became particularly vexing.
