   Made a reservation 3 weeks ago for my Anniversary dinner on Saturday..showed up and they were closed!! I had even received a text confirmation the Thursday before!! WHY ARE THEY MAKING RESERVATIONS WHENEVER THEY ARE CLOSED?!! We are furious!! BAD BUSINESS!!! We were looking forward to trying this place, now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

   We drove 40 minutes to this restaurant on Sunday to meet our 5:30 pm reservation on Open Table. We arrive and restaurant is not open on Sundays. Why did Open Table offer a reservation when it is clearly closed?

   it hurts me to write this review. this restaurant has so much potential. the ambiance is great. the music is so much fun! the bread board appetizer is delish. The drinks are good. So, what’s lacking? The pasta came out cold, the mac and cheese was very salty, the bananas foster desert was just sad. I will give them another try, I want them to be grea!

   Top 3 food in OKC 5 out of 5. Excellent service, only had to wait a bit too long for check 4 out of 5. Ambiance was excellent music was perfect volume jazz band was so loud carrying a conversation was difficult but I understand on Saturday night that is the targeted atmosphere 4 out of 5.

    Took a long time to get our food. Waffle was not hot. Had chicken and waffles. Not much flavor to chicken or waffle, gravy was okay. Coffee was watered down and lacked flavor. Ate 1/2 because I was starving. Did not bring leftovers home. If we return we will get a different dish.

    We were greeted and seated promptly. Alex was our sever and he was excellent explaining the specials and the menu items. We had the naan, chicken lollipops, and cauliflower for appetizers--all so delicious. For our entrees we had the tortellini with added shrimp, and the Red snapper with farro risotto (yum!). Dessert was in-house made lemon meringue tart with a delicious lemon shortbread crust, chocolate ganache, vanilla cream, and flambéed lemon meringue on top of a tangy raspberry mint plate sauce with pistachio crumbles. The pastas are hand made with delicious fillings. We will definitely be back. Kudos to chef Ivan and his staff Dalton & Matthew, and of course to our server Alex. What a special meal.

    A groups of friends went for Sunday brunch. We were the only ones there for the first 45 minutes or so. Great ambiance and service. Food was good and decently priced. But the fact that only 10 people (including my group of 4) were there the first two hours they were opened makes me worry about the longevity of this place. Waiter said the evening are busier. Would try again for evening cocktails.

    Hands down the best service and food we’ve had in a long time! Booked a reservation here on a whim for our anniversary and it exceeded every expectation. Everything was amazing from start to finish. My husband is picky when it comes to steak and said his ribeye was one of the best he’s had. Alex took wonderful care of us and knowledgable about the menu and specials. He made our experience equally comfortable and enjoyable. Do NOT hesitate to try this place!

    Tried this place on a hunch and we will definitely be back. Soon! Our server, Alex was attentive without hovering, and each dish we tried was amazing, beginning with the italian nachos, followed by soup (both choices, and we shared), the basamic chicken, smoked salmon and torellini, followed by carrot cake and bananas foster. Nothing stood out because everything was more than excellent. This will certainly become a new favorite.

    There was live music which was great. It was definitely a date night vibe. However, the food did not measure up to the drinks or ambiance. If we ever go again, we will only get drinks and charcuterie board to snack on.

    I am shocked at one of your strict policies. We 6 went at 4 for happy hour . Only can you take advantage of happy hour by sitting at the hightop bar. I am disabled and no way can sit on a high chair. I told the gentleman bartender and he was No way going to allow us to sit at a table. It was not like The Vault was crowded. 6 people were there. To be so inflexible was shocking. And not to accommodate a handicapped person is not only rude but heartless. Someone in a wheelchair , walker, cane , in a boot ( me just out of hospital) could not SIT at the bar. We had a nice time. The ambience, drinks and our server( she is wonderful) was amazing. Id give charcuterie a OK rating @ $34 not worth it. I don't know if we will ever go back. As far as the policy for only Happy hour at the bar needs to be reconsidered. Shameful to put policy ahead of the customer.

    First time to the Vault. Neat space. Live music. Cool vibe. Food on every level was disappointing. Seemed like they just didn’t use any seasoning on anything. It came out looking fairly nice but just wasn’t good. Small portions for the price.I gave four stars on service because they were trying really hard. But they were way understaffed for the crowd they had that night.(Not surprising in this day and time.) They did the best they could to overcome. Also very disappointing wine list, but offset by a great spirits array. Would definitely recommend for cocktails and live music!

    Service does not constitute the high prices. I work in the service Industry, silent service is the most important thing. Ordered bottles of wine, poured them ourselves, dirty silverware never swapped out after starters, waters never filled, empty glasses, empty plates never taken. I don’t like to gripe just wanna help improve

    Birthday dinner. We got private room which was great. But the live music is really loud even we were at private room and the door close we still can hear it loud. Our server was the best. So patience with 9 of us.

    We made a birthday reservation for a Sunday evening. When we arrived, there was barely anyone in the building. No servers, host anything, just a bartender… not very reservation worthy to start with. When we went to order, half of the menu wasn’t available, & we were not told that beforehand. We had to puzzle piece together meals, but were up-charged for the “upgraded sides” even though there were no other options really. Once the food came out, most of it was barely edible. The Caesar salad came out with what looked & tasted like melted butter instead of the proper dressing. The “best thing on the menu” per our bartender/waiter was the pasta, it came with sauce that was basically water. The up-charged mac n cheese was so Al dente(hard), the noodles were not edible. The entire filet meal was cold. That was just the start. We were not offered dessert due to the kitchen being closed by that point. (Even though our reservation was for a birthday) Why would they take a reservation at 7:45 if that’s not enough time for the kitchen? We couldn’t send our meals back cuz the kitchen was closed at that time as well. (Our waiter took our food order at 8:30….) We also knew our dinner was not going to have a live music show with it, but with how bad everything else was, we felt like we deserved a discount…. Definitely will not be going back and I’ll be surprised if this place is still open by the end of the month. Very disappointing.

    We were impressed with the ambiance; it felt like we were in another city😀 It was louder than we would have preferred, but the band & vocalist were outstanding.     Can’t say enough good things about the Vault. We’ve been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks. It’s a neighborhood gem with an incredible bar & craft cocktails! Great wines by the glass. Ask Haven for recommendations. She will steer you to the perfect glass for your wine tastes. Creative dinner menu and something for everyone from Shrimp cocktail to italian nachos to pasta to one of the best ribeye’s we’ve had. They have live music Thursday-Friday-Saturday nights @ 7pm that starts with smooth jazz then a mix of some country & 70’s type soft rock. We love that they are open Monday nights when most nice restaurants are closed then they close on Tuesday & Wednesdays. Such a beautiful cozy restaurant & bar.

    The restaurant was beautiful, and we love live music, but the volume was very very loud. Our table was as far away from the band as possible it was still almost too loud to carry on a conversation. It does have a lively bar. The wait staff were very nice and personable, but incredibly harried and seemed to have no “zones” and therefore were all over the restaurant and rarely checked on us unless flagged down. The food was good but far to expensive for the quality. The appetizers of fried green tomatoes and pasta was sort of an overload of fried stuff, combined with the bread which was good, but…..a lot of carbs and not much else. My lamb chops were skimpy and the table knife could barely make a dent in them. The bananas foster desert tookforever, and we were told it was “flambéed” in the kitchen and not table side, which was untrue and with or without the requisite flaming, was almost uneatable except for the banana and the ice-cream. Needs a lot of work on service, food quality and noise levels. We may try again in a few months and see how things shake out. A nice concept — I hope it works.

    The food was exceptional. Pasta was made on site from scratch and it made a discernible difference. We asked for some bread rolls and these took a few minutes because they are always freshly baked. We also tried a seasonal potato soup which was the best I’ve ever had. Ambience was very nice with modern decor. They have live music Thursday Friday and Saturday starting around 7:30 PM that consists of light jazz. The waiter was friendly and attentive, service was excellent.
