   Music too loud and club music, not what we were looking for. Food looked good but lacked refinement in taste. Staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning.

   Everything at the Urban Still house was wonderful! We had a great surprise when they sat us upstairs in a private room. Noise level was nothing, service was beyond great. Our waiter,Tomwas familiar with all the food and drinks and he was excited about being there! It was definitely catching! We will be back!

   We loved the ambiance of this place and the drinks as well as the wines seemed priced well. The food was very creative and interesting, making it prefect for any special celebration, but it is expensive. I don't mind paying more, for lovely, well prepared food. Our service however was spotty. They work in teams of two to serve your table and I am not sure what got lost in translation with our two servers. We had to flag them down to get wine and drinks throughout the evening. Once we made those orders, the drinks were quick in appearing. We also felt a bit rushed in ordering our food. We were told to put in our starters with our main dishes and they would get the timing right. This isn't a problem normally, but we were really still looking and contemplating the options available. There was a special available which one of our party said he would absolutely like to get. In fact he stated, "Please claim one of those for me." A few minutes later when we did place the entire table's order as advised, the waiter didn't remember that tablemate's order. Again, having worked in the business, I know things happen and there are distractions on any given night, however we were definitely disappointed in our care. We still tipped well at an over $80+ tip for our 4-top table, and we will give it a try again.

    Phenomenal vibe and ambience. Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Service was stellar! Our waiters were on point and the food was served quickly and fresh as well as perfect temp. Will DEFINITELY be back again!

    First off, reservations should get the best seats in the house. We were seated near the bar on stools (without backs) that are not meant for more than drinks/apps. Secondly, both of our waiters were awful; pushy, recommending the most expensive things on the menu and shaming us for not drinking more. On the other hand, the food was really good & has improved since you first opened. I will note that the delmonico looked appealing, however the most expensive thing on the menu ($73) and the one that doesn't come with any sides...seems odd.

    The nicest anf most special experience in all of the Tampa Bay area. Everything about the experience will leave you in awe. Great for a nice dinner out, romantic date, special occasion, no occasion, corporate team dinner, bourbon tasting experience, etc.

    We all thought the food was exceptional! There were four of us, and we were there for brunch. We ordered a spicy bloody Mary, a bourbon flight and a Paloma. The bloody Mary was really good, as was the bourbon flight. The Paloma was too sweet. We ordered the Charcuterie and enjoyed it. And the spinach and gouda dip, if you love truffle like I do, this was amazing. Two of us ordered the grouper Reuben and we both said it was one of the best sandwiches either of us have ever had! The Monte Cristo was good but not in the same league as the grouper. The steak and eggs was enjoyed but not raved about. The potatoes that were served with the sandwiches were delicious and plentiful but could have been hotter. They don't have mustard, which was disappointing. Service was decent but not stellar. We had two servers and they were pleasant but slow to bring certain items that were requested or forgotten. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and would definitely return.

    The whole experience is delectable.. Kudos to Mike & Eric for the spectacular service. Brunch was a draw, but all else will mark my return to see what more I "wouldn't " change.

    First impression. Wow factor! Service was spot on. Food choices were perfect. Would recommend the chicken dish all three of the sides which was the carrots , Brussel sprouts And the Rosemary fry’s -also The bison filet was cooked to perfection - all fish dishes were tasty . There was a total of five an hour party and three of us had the smoked old-fashioned. Fantastic presentation, and the whiskey was phenomenal. Great place for friends and family for a date night or just for fun totally would recommend.

    Love Urban Stillhouse. Almost everything we ordered was perfect. Our only complaint was the swordfish was a bit dry. The best dish was the black grouper. Lamb chops, bison steak and scallops so delicious. The portion were perfect size. Dessert -Amazing! Love the warm pineapple upside down cake. The Maracaibo Chocolate mousse excellent and I don’t like chocolate. Our servers were Fantastic! Attentive not intrusive. And so helpful by answering our questions and suggesting items for us to consider. Which we did. The tempura delicata squash rings . So good ! No one believed we were eating a vegetable. It was more like a dessert! The Spanish octopus was my favorite. We love the ambiance, the decor and the food. We as well as our friends will be returning. We are considering returning to try brunch. We love the ambiance and decor.

    Holy cow where do I even start? We arrived 45 minutes early to give ourselves ample time to explore, shop, and try a few drinks. We walked in and were instantly greeted by the hostest staff with no wait and no worries to the check in process. We explored the building and took TONS of pictures of this attraction. Yes i mean attraction as its ALOT more than just a restaurant, its quite the experience. We got our drinks and sat around whay seemed like the coziest fireplace to eber exist on some of the most comfy chairs and couches. We were called to our seats 20 minutes early where we were instantly greeting by the 3 different bar tenders on duty. The mass amounts of knowledge they had for the food and drinks were overwhelming. You could easily tell they love what they do and how they do it. We watched as the bar tender made an espresso martini, where he then took the mixing tongs and moved a coffee bean a quarter of an inch because he didnt like where it was initially placed. Thats the kind of attention to detail I love to see. They take very obvious pride in their work. We had the veal meatballs to start, the eggs bendict for brunch, and pineapple upsidedown cake for desert. At one point i reached maximum belly capacity and just couldnt stop eating! The taste outweighed the misrable feeling i knew i would have after. 110% worth every pain staking minute. This isnt just a restaurant. This is a incredible experience with a even more incredible story. Will return every chance we get.
