not a bad experience, just not up to the usual standards. will be back. tonight was just meh.
Food, beverages and service were excellent. TUK Ella is one of our favorite restaurants in Houston.
Excellent wevice, good food all things considered.
Food was excellent. The service was great. I certainly recommend to
anyone needing a break from the past few weeks.
Everyone in my group thought the food taste great.
We had a fabulous experience for my best friend’s birthday on the patio. We were seated far away from other guests and staff all had on masks. The basil Paloma is delicious. Brussels sprouts are always a fave. The lobster ravioli on the Mother’s Day special sounds delicious.
Our first restaurant to visit after the safer-at-home restrictions were loosened up. TUK followed all the guidelines for staff PPE and social distancing of their available tables. In spite of the limited menu, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and look forward to our next visit.
First lunch in a restaurant since mid-March and all was wonderful, food and service. Can't wait to go back.
Woubderful experience will Come Back
Always a pleasure. Jesse and the rest of the staff always make us feel welcome and not rushed. The food was delicious too!
Great lunch place!!
My rainbow trout was ok I just expected more flavor. Get the dynamite chicken, it was excellent
We eat there all the time. One of are favorite restaurants..
Thank you CalLfor the 4 Star Rating and most excellent review, we appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again soon.
Very tasty brunch menu. Quality and value standout. Waitress was very attentive.
Thank you ShannaS for the 5 Star Rating and most excellent review, we appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again soon.
Fantastic as usual. Everyone in our group loved what they ordered. Service was excellent. Will be back soon!
We LOVE Union Kitchen, the food is always top notch and plentiful. We prefer this location over the Kingwood location based on the vibe. Plenty of tables for bigger parties, dark booths, bright walls. Very accommodating to my toddler, will be back!
Love the Brussels
Food was good. The service excellent. They put me by the door which was not good. The $19 dollar a bottle of wine was over priced at $70.
Enjoyed a nice Valentines dinner. Our food was served promptly and well prepared
The staff is friendly and efficient. The chief loves salt. We went on Valentines Day and had the Valentines Day Special. The first course was half of a deviled egg. The second course was salad or lobster bisque. The salad was good but the lobster bisque was so salty I could not eat it. That bisque had enough salt in it to give you a heart attack or stroke. The main course was medallions of beef - two small pieces of beef in a really salty sauce piled in the middle of the plate with mashed potatoes and two thin shrimp on top. The deserts were crème brulee and red velvet cheesecake and both were excellent. The service was prompt and efficient except for getting the check handled.
"Wine Down Weds" was great! Order a bottle of wine and get ANY pizza for $5 - perfect to split with a friend. We added side salads for just a few bucks each. Our waiter, Guy, was incredibly patient with a table of 8 women more interested in chatting than ordering. Thanks, Guy!
Excellent brunch with tasty food and great service from Jesse. Can’t wait to go back
Came for brunch. 8 people - 4 adults and 4 young kids. Server was great. Food was good. Mimosa was delicious.
Great service and meal. My husband had Paul’s Ribeye and I have the reddish special. Both were delicious. Someone came by with a sample of the red bushmill Irish whiskey coffee and it was tasty so we ended up getting dessert and we each got red bushmill Irish coffee with dessert. Nice ambience, could actually have a conversation with my husband over our meal. We will be back.
Great food and good service. The background music was loud, though.
Had a reservation for Brunch and were seated right away. The side of the restaurant we were seated in is fairly small with booths on one side of the room and tables with a common bench on the other side. We were seated on the bench side. The close proximity of the other tables made it seem very loud as we had no problem hearing the conversation at the adjacent table. It was a bit distracting but certainly didn't ruin the meal.
The service was spotty as our drinks took a while to come out but our meals were delivered rather quickly. Our waitress was very friendly though and all-in-all, she did a very good job. My wife ordered a glass of champagne and our waitress informed us of their Penny glass offering. By purchasing a stemless wine glass to keep, you are able to get it filled for just a penny. This actually saved us a few bucks over buying individual drinks! The Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar offers a number options for customizing your Bloody Mary. In fact, there are almost too many items for the size of the glass.
The food was pretty good and came out exactly as we ordered. We've eaten at the Kingwood location before and the consistency from location to location is exactly as you'd expect. Will definitely be back!
Union Kitchen on Ella is a favorite of ours. We go often on Sundays when heading downtown to the Hobby Center. Great food, lots of choices and good service. It is a little loud but it’s full of families enjoying Sunday Brunch so no worries there.
Great experience as always!
The service was very good even though it was Christmas Eve. Good was good, standard American fare. I had the Ahi Tuna, which I thought was good. My husband had the Shrimp and Grits, while the taste was good , thee were only 5 small shrimp.
Great food. Even made special accommodations in food prep
Overall great experience and delicious entrees!
Wonderful staff and great food...I'll be back!
