   Made reservations, didn't need to. No host/hostess. Outside seating and games not available. Dirty silverware. Ordered the steak(most expensive item on menu). Food and drinks took way too long for delivery to table. Steak and sides were luke-warm. Macaroni and cheese was hot. Let the server know, and rather than comping the meal, he comped our drinks. My fiance and I ended up with stomach aches when we got home. Will not go back to this restaurant, and do not recommend.

   Waited a long time for the server to take our order. Had to go find her to come to our table. Only several customers in the restaurant at the time.

   From the front door, next to 100's of cigarette butt directly at the front door to every window in the place, they have not been cleaned ever? You cannot see in or out. The back games area is disgusting, the floors inside the restaurant are filthy as were most tables had not been wiped down and there were not more than 5 people in the place. The truffle burger tasted like just a bland piece of hamburger. The fries were not bad however. The Southern burger was terrible as well but again, fries ok. The service was abhorable and to top it off it took them 15 minutes to run my credit card as I sit at the bar waiting...and waiting...and we only had two hamburgers. This place needs to be visited by the health department. The Hotel it's connected to did not look to much better. Stay away....

   Service was slow and unknowledgeable. Food was terrible, Cook didn't have a clue sending out burned meatloaf and after sending back I get back the same plate with cold sides and a big chunk of meatloaf missing from the center. Manager Chris was excellent and immediately comped entire bill

    We had reservations for 10 people, and we called multiple times to let them know we were running 15 minutes behind. When someone, very stressed out & not friendly, picked up he proceeded to tell us that ALL Open table reservations are voided since they have no access to their reservation system. That was 10 minutes before our reservation time. Absolutely the worst service and response to something that the restaurant should control. That was a prom dinner almost ruined, but thanx to last minute maneuver we were able to save the night. I Don't recommend this place to anyone...go somewhere else.
