   I was charged to hold the table for this location & when we showed up for the reservation the bouncer told us the club was booked for a private event. We were looking forward to this all day. The should really figure out a way to contact reservations if the spot gets booked out.

   We were required to check in our coats so we have to pay $4 each then we got seated close to the door and it was so drafty. We were told we will be moved as soon as they clean more tables, it never happened . We waited more than an hour for water and drinks, servers just kept passing by but we were not tended upon. Then the bus boy took our food without asking. We waited again to pay for our bill, drinks were comped but service charge was doubled. The server apologized for all the things that gone wrong but we just had enough that night.

   My favorite place on a Saturday night. The service is amazing. The drinks are amazing. The food is amazing. And the live music is amazing. Can't wait to go back!

   Nice relaxing atmosphere. Great music. Seating is a bit crowded, but the staff do a great job of trying to meet your needs. Food selection is small. Tator tots were good, sliders could have been better. Drinks were tasty. Several people checked on us throughout our visit and made us feel very welcome. Great service over all.

   We frequent cocktail lounges across Chicago and were super excited to try out this rebirth of a room in Underground. Unfortunately, it did not hit the mark in food, drink, or service. The decor and live music are great. Drinks are overpriced for being pretty basic and uninteresting - bartender couldn't even make a gimlet. Food/bites looked and tasted pretty juvenile. Could not justify ever coming back at this price point.

    Had the best time. I've been going to Underground for years, but I must admit that the service this time was superb. The manager Patrick was super attentive and incredibly personable. Patrick made everything seamless. Thank you for a wonderful time--
