The Tripel was brought to Play Del Ray by chefs Nick Roberts and Brooke Williamson. Together, they have created a fun eatery that adds a few twists to traditional American cuisine. For example, one of the most popular items at The Tripel is the the Tripel Burger. It is pork, duck confit, aged beef, truffle pecorino, arugula, onion brioche and apricot jam.
