Food was good. Lacking in Service. First drink was table service. Then needed to get drinks from the bar as staff didn’t return to the table. 2nd night staff again didn’t offer service. Meal served then had to ask for the sauce ordered. Then had to ask for steak knife. And again had to get drinks from the bar. Staff busy talking and not serving

Meal was very good but service was not very good. Having booked a table online and receiving a reminder email the day before to confirm booking, our booking was not in the table reservations when we arrived. After ordering our meal and drinks I had to ask where our drinks were, when the meal came out. Our drinks had been forgotten.

There was no reservation when we arrived friendly staff let down by over seasons food with so much salt that was all you tasted

Ate here by chance and could not have been better for us, an older couple visiting Launceston. The quality, freshness and presentation of the food was excellent. Service was friendly and welcoming. Good distance between tables so a very quiet environment.
