We waited for 20 minutes and no one even came to take our order, so we left. On the way out, I let the hostess know and all she said was, “Oh, I’m sorry about that.” It’s a shame, the food has been great every other time we’ve gone. Won’t be going back any time soon.

So so experience for brunch. Consistently, food is decent and their service is way below acceptable. Don't know if it's inadequate training or not enough staffing but they need to get their act together. Potential has real possibilities.

Tillery has nice ambience but is very loud. It was hard to talk and listen. The food was very good with a nicely varied menu. It took a while for someone to come and wait on us but once they did —- they were very attentive. Probably will go back

Good service, Dashon the supervisor was personal and helpful, Our server Nate was great. I had the crab cakes which were good except I could have done without the multiple shells. Also, maybe just my taste buds but the pomegranate in the side car taste like cough syrup. James the bartender remade the drink without the pomegranate and it was better. I will return thank you!

Our table was so sticky, there was a straw wrapper permanently adhered to it. It took effort to pick up the water glass! The ambient noise level is too loud for a restaurant at that price point. My lobster spaghetti was too spicy (and I like spice). I was unable to taste the lobster or the tomato base of the sauce because of the spice/heat. My husband enjoyed his lamb though. Also, our server was super friendly and a joy.

A limited menu with average taste in the selections we chose. During our visit the establishment had less than five parties and the service took more than 30m to deliver our entrees. A middle of the road experience - not in a rush to return.

Not sure if this was an off day day but it started off poorly when we were not even seated inside the restaurant, instead without explanation we were placed near the bar outside the restaurant in what is essentially the lobby. We had a reservation and there were many empty tables inside but the hostess had us wait for 5 minutes before seating us randomly outside the main dining area. She told us the bartender would be our server. He didn’t write anything down and as expected got several things wrong. Just a complete lack of ambiance as the hotel carried on its business around us while we strangely ate brunch in the middle of it. For the price the omelette we ordered was extremely basic and the ingredients were loosely placed inside like a taco rather than incorporated into the eggs. Strange. My brunch burger tasted great but made a huge mess and the fries weren’t warm when they landed on the table. I had been trying to go here for over a year, definitely won’t be going back.

Had such a great time at the Tillery! Dana was an amazing server and Dawn was such a sweet bartender. The food was good and the ambiance even better! After we had brunch, we lounged on the couches and caught up! It was so nice to sit by the fireplace! This establishment is ran well! So professional and parking is easy!

They ignored black people and bend over backwards to serve white peoples .They cut the steak and by the time they serve it it was cold.Why do they cut the steak? We are adult we cut our own meat. In fact we ordered 2 medium well and 1 came out over cooked and dry.-They cheat when serving wine.They serve very little.- again to black people. The waiter disappeared for long time and didn’t check on her guest and she served us with wrong bill. This is third time Tillery screwed me up. They have a serious problem with food orders.

The wine list does not depict the wine available (it was out of most of the wines, especially the reds). The crab cakes were good, and our server, Terry, was great. The tables and chairs were not clean, which is surprising given the hotel and restaurant are still fairly new.

Food was uneven, very few shrimp and bacon missing on shrimp salad sandwich. Two waitstaff and one bus person was not sufficient for number of guests. No one knew if there was a soup of the day, slow to get cocktails from the bar. Nice dining area but don’t plan to return

Tillery chicken came out raw in the middle. Soup of the day was not good. Tasted like Bloody Mary mix with cucumber puréed in it. Catfish sandwich tasted like a Morton’s fish fillet with no seasoning. Collard greens were sweet, collards should be savory. The drinks were good. The staff while accommodating is undertrained, and not knowledgeable. You need a new chef and that menu needs to be reworked.

Service was excellent. Food was delicious. I had the lamb chops. They were well cooked and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The waiter was very courteous, very polite and very helpful and helping us make our food choices. I would definitely recommend the Tillery to my friends and family. Will definitely come back in the future .

I love the blackin fish and my son love the chops. We wer disappointed we could not get th Pork chops, t6hat we observed others had on earlier visit. The Lump Carb cakes were disappointing. A born Baltimorean will really like our old bye season and that was not present I would recommend you to a friend with some exceptions on your dinner menu

The food was good. The service was slow but our server was very polite and nice. The table was surrounded with dropped food and not swept. It would have Ñ been nicer if we weren’t stepping on dropped food while waiting for our food. I would give this restaurant another chance because maybe this was an off day. The decor was very nice.

As the only option inside of the hotel, convenient and the food is not bad, however for the pricing which is more expensive than “average” (felt more like airport restaurant pricing where things are marked up very high while being only slightly above average). There are options within walking distance that are within the same quality at more reasonable pricing.

My birthday celebration. Great service from Terry. Friendly and welcoming environment from Alvinia. Wonderful environment. Very accommodating, as guests came later and some left early. Food was good. We had a ball and will be back. Simply wonderful evening and location.

We had a 12 noon reservation for 9 people along with friends who had another reservation for a large group at the same time and neither group were seated until 12:40 and there were only two other tables with people seated at the time we were seated so they were not busy. Staff was attentive and pleasant. They ran out of crabcake sandwiches. There were apparently only five and a few others of us wanted that & were unable to get it. My cream of crab soup that specifies on the menu to be lump was no such thing. Good flavor, but no lumps at all. That was a huge disappointment, especially for the amount they charge for it! I had a delicious salad with grilled shrimp, but then the fingerling potatoes had no flavor! I will probably go there again for the ambience and friendly service but some of the food is not worth the price.

We were a party of 16 people in town for a family wedding and ate there on a Saturday around 1230. We selected The Tillery because it's website stated it was great for large groups, but unfortunately, I don't think there was enough wait staff or enough kitchen staff to accommodate our party and the one other large party that was there. There were some pros: we were greeted kindly by Nate and seated quickly upon arrival; the calamari, crab dip, and gone green margaritas were all really good. Now for the CONS: the brunch menu that was on the website was no longer being offered, when we asked about this, the server told us they stopped serving brunch 6 months ago and the website was never updated - oops; we had 1 server for the 16 of us and she was not friendly and she was terribly slow; the first burger that was served to us was served on an english muffin instead of a bun, when we brought this to the servers attention, we were told by her that we were wrong, then she looked at the menu again and saw that we were absolutely correct and then went to get a bun to replace the english muffin which took at least 10 minutes; all of the burgers were overcooked and dry; food for about half the party came out 20 mins later that the first half of our party - unacceptable. The Tillery is a beautiful restaurant with a great location, but we will not be returning, and I would not recommend to any large parties.
