   Service was awesome, staff super nice. Kitchen was very flexible as a couple of our group are vegan. The appetizers ended up being way more fulfilling than the entrees were. Four people at our table, only one happy with their entree. I ordered the mushroom risotto…it was tasteful…but seemed like it was made with pearl barley instead of Arborio rice. Just not very impressive, and expensive for what it was, and we were notified that they were out of several things on the menu, after we had already placed orders for them.

   We went on a Sun afternoon at 5p. They tried to seat us at the fireplace instead of an actual table, almost insisted. They were out of most alcohol, bread and two dishes. The Mgmt staff needs to prepare better for weekends. Our waitress was great though, very knowledgeable and attentive. The entrées are overpriced and very bland. This was our attempt to give them a second chance, the first being when they first opened. If I return, I’ll stick to apps and hand helds.

   Went for breakfast/ brunch. The food was simply average. Had an omelet with little flavor. Didn't even come with toast. Service was good but got there before it got crowded. Would definitely not return for breakfast. A diner would have been better! Our server was very nice.

   Deco is nice with different seating options. The drinks are great and consistently good. The food not so much. The crab dip had no crabmeat that I could identify in it. The tillery fried chicken was tasteless. Brussel sprouts were decent. The salad with salmon was the size of a side salad dressing was good salmon tasted ok. I would go back for drinks only!

   This was our 2nd time dining at The Tillery in the past 3 months and once again everything from start to finish was excellent! The staff is friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our server (Terry) was exceptional and provided us with a memorable dining experience! Our party ordered crab cakes, salmon and braised short ribs as entrees and all the food we ordered (including appetizers and additional sides) was outstanding.

   So we had to wait to be seated even tho we had a reservation, we were told they were understaffed. Then when we were seated they were out of a lot things, we had no kid’s menus and the food wasn’t good.

    Service was great kitchen results not. Gluten allergy but they served a dish with gluten. The server realized and came to get it. I had taken a bite and was getting ready to send it back anyway as it was tough and overcooked. Slow service really noisy

    My first experience at Tillery was awesome. I was late for my reservation and they were still able to accommodate. The hostess was honest about the waitress being backed up due to large parties. Which was great because I was on a schedule. Therefore, I sat at the bar had a delicious meal and mimosa. I will definitely be back!!

    The space with stunning, so that was a huge win. The staff was nice, but poorly trained. the service was slow, inconsistent, and the staff uniforms were dirty. You could tell that two of the servers hadn’t washed their black pants in several uses. Really quite gross

    It was disappointing that they have taken menu items off the menu. The waffle picture is still on the website but no longer on the menu. Overall, when you go to a brunch you expect to see pancake or waffle on the menu, especially since it used to be. The space is inviting, and we had a pretty nice time.

    Very nice place to relax and have a very good meal. We went for Sunday brunch. It is a brunch menu with a nice selection.the food was outstanding with excellent portions. Very nice size crab cake with crab meat not a bunch of filler(hardly any!!). Very good size omelet as well. Our server was simply outstanding!!! We will definitely visit again.

    Looking forward to going back!! Food was yummy. Don’t like the smell in the Marriott lobby, but doesn’t affect the restaurant. The seating is wonderful in variety and comfort!

    The food wasn’t seasoned well. It took to long to receive the food people ordered after my wife n I and they got there food before us. The portion was to small for what I ordered to eat.

    Actually gave them a good review on google about a year ago after my first visit. The more I patronized, the more disappointed I became. Service is increasingly awful. You’ll sit there waiting forever for someone to at least serve water. Tables weren’t cleaned until after I sat down. Ordered Turkey bacon and ended up with chicken sausage. I have only had 1 of 5 good experiences. Won’t be returning just to enjoy the ambiance.

    The waitress never brought us water, my guest went to the bar and got it. Shortly thereafter the manager brought our drinks and apologized e planning they were down to just one server. We never got a refill on our water, or asked if we wanted one. She did say “everything okay” as she walked by, we had no chance to reply. It’s very unfortunate that such a lovely place is that short on staff. They had two hostesses and only one server? I will return when I see/hear their staffing has improved.

    Took 15 min to get a waiter over. Food wasn’t bad, very average. Took over 30 min to get our bottle of wine! Never came around the refill our waters. Waiter never came to check on us after we got our food. Wouldn’t go again!

    The space is spacious so does not feel crowded. 11 of us went and enjoyed everything we ate. Every plate was wiped off, I think. Our serve was delightful and her recommendations were on point.

    Super disappointing and we won't be back! Service was incredibly slow and inept. Out waitress brought water and took our order, we never saw her again. After a long time, our salad and soup arrived, followed by another wait...finally dinner arrived, but one of the orders was wrong. The runner tried to argue with me that the dish was what I had ordered, but it wasn't (I ordered scallops and was served mushroom risotto). Finally the manager came to apologize that they had brought the wrong plate. My father's duck was overcooked and cold. My scallops didn't arrive for over 30 minutes-obviously it wasn't just a matter of bringing the wrong plate- at which point my father was done eating for at least 15 minutes. The runner tried to excuse everything saying they were short staffed, but quite frankly if it's OK to have this inept service and cold or completely missing food they should just close the place down. The restaurant was less than 1/4 full.

    Took 25 minutes to get our drinks. Wine was sent back as it looked like about two ounces for $11.00, then 10 minutes for remade drink to arrive. Vodka tonics ordered without limes arrived with limes. Food arrived a half hour later and looked good mostly. Arugula salad accompanying a burger was wilted and requested oil and vinegar had to be requested a second time. No salt and pepper on table, when we requested I was given two salt packets and two pepper packets by a restaurant serving $17.00 drinks and $40.00 entrees! The rest of the food was quite good though. We had one appetizer, 2 burgers, 1 blackened fish sandwich, one Caesar salad with chicken. The check came to $275.00. Those are New York prices in Owings Mills! The place has a nice vibe but we won’t pay those prices again.

    Overall experience was fair. The management handled a mishap bad which reduced the overall rating. A waiter spilled water on one of the patrons clothing and food. The only compensation that was offered was a apology and $10.00 credit. This ruined the entire evening. I wanted to give a better rating but customer service is paramount when providing feedback.

    We sat near the rear of the kitchen and the two windows on the doors leading to the food prep areas need to be done DAILY! They were a mess.
