   Great pub in the countryside. The welcome and service was good and a bonus was some live music when we were there. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good and well presented for the most part, however the fish of the day the skate was not as fresh as it could have been & over cooked. Would go again but perhaps, fish in the countryside is not the choice

   It’s worth the drive to find this pub. Friendly welcome and excellent food and service. The pub has a lovely ambience, no tv or loud music. It’s not the cheapest but the menu is different and all beautified and presented.

   The second time I have eaten here in less than a week. On both occasions the food and service were excellent. This is a very good pub.

   My husband and I went for a birthday lunch on Easter Monday. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed a mixture of small bites ,starters and shared a main course. It was all delicious, cooked to a very high standard and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

   We all enjoyed our visit to the Tiger. We holiday in the Hythe area regularly and always try to visit the pub. The food was all very good and service friendly and helpful. The only downside of the Tiger is the parking, which was OK this time, but can be difficult. Worth the effort though

   Excellent food as always. The presentation is exceptional and the quality of the food is outstanding. I had the halibut special and it was cooked to perfection.

    We really enjoyed the meal, service was great. My only slight issue is with the lack of parking available. The owners really need to come up with a solution.
