   Went to The Three Blackbirds after Newmarket races to celebrate an 80th birthday. Communication to organise was very good and helpful, pre-ordered as we were a party of 10. Very well looked after on the evening, staff very good, food excellent and we had a lovely evening. We were in the private dining room (The Gun Room) which made the evening all the more special. Would highly recommend. Pub itself is very nice, staff really welcoming and the rooms look good too, would try and stay there next time. Thanks to everyone for making the evening a special one.

   Sticky toffee pudding was not as good as in the past...should have been more moist. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks!

   We had the fizz and chips for £18.00 and it was absolutely delicious! We then had lemon and raspberry meringue which was sublime! The Three Blackbirds is a very beautiful place with a lovely ambience. The staff were super polite and friendly. A perfect place to wine and wine.

   A really lovely venue. Staff polite and welcoming but rather distracted after we had our meal. As a vegetarian my only main course option was a potato cake with asparagus in a creamy sauce. A side dish rather than a main course as there was no protein Rather expensive for what it was.

   The evening was very enjoyable, would have liked a bit more varied menu, as an older generation we are not really into burgers and pork pies.

   Nice looking restaurant with attentive staff. Unfortunately some of the food served was not great. £28 for a Sirloin Steak which was tough and kind of tasteless. Shame really as we have eaten in far better places.

    Good to be back and all was well. interesting menue incl vegan meal (although I am "only" a vegetarian this was very tasty). After racing so racing crowd, but can fully recommend amd will certainly be back.
