Welcome to The Terrace Restaurant at RHS Garden Wisley
Located within the stunning RHS Garden Wisley, The Terrace Restaurant provides a relaxed dining experience, with lunch served at your table featuring fresh produce from the gardens where possible. Please note that garden entry fees apply for non-RHS members.

Dietary Information:
All dishes are prepared in an environment where nuts and gluten are present and may contain traces. If you have dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking (we require at least 48 hours' notice) and kindly remind the server when placing your order.
Opening Hours:
• Lunch: Served daily from 11:30 am to 2:15 pm
• Afternoon Tea: Served daily from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm
• Breakfast: Served daily Monday to Friday from 10am to 11am, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:45 am
To book Afternoon Tea, please ensure you select the "Experiences" time slot from 2:30 pm.

A wonderful, relaxing and very enjoyable experience. The staff were attentive, friendly and accommodating Our Afternoon Tea was was perfect in selection and of good quality Extremely clean, comfortable and restful environment Would definitely recommend

A very civilised way to have lunch at Wisley. Excellent service and an air conditioned space which was appreciated on a very hot day. Food was good as usual. I would recommend this restaurant.

Friendly and efficient service for a lunchtime meal in spite of i being a busy restaurant. Food was enjoyable and good value for money (black pudding scotch egg starter, roast cod, scallop starter and roast chicken). Pleasant surroundings in RHS Wisley.

The food here is excellent. The menu changes frequently with the seasons. The dishes were all beautifully presented and delicious. The desserts were paticularly good, I had the apricot and almond tart and my husband had the banoffee cheesecake. It was my birthday and the plate arrived with "Happy birthday" piped in chocolate sauce. The day we visited was not very busy but there was a quiet ambience to the restaurant. The two three course meals and 2 soft drinks came to over £90, so not an every day restaurant, but not unreasonable for a special occasion.

We ordered the smoked mackerel salad and waited 40 minutes for it. When it came it was smoked sea trout. I hate sea trout but had no other options but to eat it. We waited 20 minutes for the dessert. The staff were very nice, just inefficient, short staffed or both.

Excellent New Summer Menu - Loin of Pork with a side of Wisley Greens followed by Banoffi Pie are highly recommend. The Organic Red Wine was also excellent. The cost is very reasonable for food of this quality served in really nice surroundings. Well worth booking.

Food was lovely, waiting staff sat us down and then served 2 other tables who had come in after us before taking the order. Same happened when asking for the bill - the guy dropped the bill off, went to get the card reader and then got called by someone else for an order. He then forgot to come back over and after 15 mins I had to go to the bar myself to try and pay, and then was expected to pay the service charge they had put onto the bill already. I declined to pay this as the service was under-par, and I never complain!
