I made reservations for Afternoon Tea. Received a confirmation email yet upon arrival we were told they didn’t have a record of my reservation plus they had “ran out of tea”. We stayed and had a late lunch

We always enjoy the Terrace We request Lyle as our waiter and he make everything wonderful. He is attentive, caring and eager to please. What more can you ask for. We try to dine there weekly because it’s so enjoyable for us. We were with other friends last night who enjoyed it equally.

Another great dining experience at The Terrace. I recommended this spot to my friends for our girls night to celebrate our birthdays. The food, service and ambience was amazing as always. Our waiter was wonderful and his recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. My friends loved everything and want to bring their families. We’ll come back again for brunch next time! I can’t wait and may be back sooner. ❤️

Everything was delicious except for my friend’s avocado toast. She said it tasted like it wasn’t fresh. The omelettes were delicious as was my salad with salmon added and the side order of mushrooms were also delicious. Our server was lovely and offered to replace the avocado toast immediately, but my friend chose to eat the eggs only.

There was a noisy event at the hotel at the same time and that was enoying. The waiters did their job, but nothing else. The lamb chops and chips was ok Sorry to say but we was a little dissapointed

Our server Marshon was perfect...friendly, knowledgeable and seamless with his timing. I love the outdoor, open setting and vibe. I would come back just for the old fashioned and char grilled prawns with aioli appetizer. The grilled octopus was a favorite for my husband.

From start to finish, our dining experience earned 5 stars. The outdoor dining environment is always lovely; Marshawn, our server, provided excellent recommendations and efficient service; and, every item we ordered was delivered as we ordered it (another credit to Marshawn.). We ordered a variety of foods-from hamachi to roasted peach and burrata salad, to lamb chops and scallops--and cauliflower and mushroom sides. We would recommend all of them. Compliments to the chef!

Located in a beautiful garden in the heart of Beverly Hills, The Terrace was just the perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Quiet outdoor seating with lounge music and views of the Maybourne Hotel. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was great. There was something on the menu for everyone. Pricey but totally worth it. An add on is the kids menu/ dessert… adults enjoyed them too…

Our host Lyle was amazing. He made our experience there a moment we won't forget. We will be back for brunch/dinner/lodging. He sold us the general atmosphere at the Maybourne as a destinstion. Also the food, drinks, ambiance and service were bar none!

This was a wonderful experience and we will be back for sure because everything was great. Tony our server was super polite and Pierre the manager, super polite, super professional and very good looking with a french accent! The helpers were super nice too. I strongly recommend to pay a visit to this gorgeous restaurant and enjoy the elegant service and ambience. You must order CRAB CAKE, salad with Salmon and PASTA with CLAM. Their coffee is also tasty and a must have. Strawberries with chocolate are delicious too. Cannot wait to return.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the best of experiences. It was a birthday occasion. We had to move to another table in the middle of our meal due to ‘’unwelcome guest ‘’ of a spider near her plate which terrified my wife and abandon her so called special : corn pasta with black truffle. The portion was baffling for the price . No one even acknowledged her special birthday which I specified during the reservation. Overall, don’t get me wrong… we shall return😉

Third time I have been here and I just can't put my finger on it regarding the waiters and real lack of attention. Our Server completely ignored us, we sat for a whole 11 mins before he came over then he just looked upset that he had to even serve us. He never checked on us, but did so to the table next to us. We asked for desert menu from him he failed to both to bring it so in the end we just got the bill and left. Second time this has happened going here not sure if we just don't look right for them but there is definitely something up with this restaurant and they are not fair to everyone!

Slow service, nobody offered to refill our drinks. Food only ok. $12 for a cup of coffee and $10 for an ice tea is outrageous, especially when nobody asked if we wanted refills.

we ordered salmon and pasta. salmon came with nothing. had to order mushrooms as a side ($17). service was awful. our pasta became cold by the time they brought cheese to put on pasta (took them 1 hour to bring food and another 30 minutes to bring cheese for our pasta). all servers and bossboys were into giving service to another table because he was ROD STEWART with his company. they treated us like we didnot matter although the bill came up to $194. WOW: shocked to receive a prompt call from the GM Nicholas. He offered to make up for the bad experience and offered a free dinner. We plan to go and if a better service I will upgrade this review immediately.

It was my daughter's first time in Beverly Hills! I made reservations for us at The Terrace as it was highly recommended. We are so happy we went here! The moment we checked in at the host to sitting down, and our experience throughout our meal was wonderful! Everyone was extremely friendly! We sat outside and it was perfect! The weather was still cool/warm. It was very clean inside and outside! Food presentation was beautiful and delicious!! A must mention is that we asked for a spicy aioli for our French fries and they said, we will make it happen. The gentleman came back and told us they just made this and it should taste very good. He wasn't kidding, it was perfect! We highly recommend The Terrace to anyone that is in the area! Service was wonderful! Food is delicious! The entire experience was just incredible! Keep up the great work!! What we ordered: Black coffee Rigatoni bolognese Black truffle Little gem with gorgonzola Side of fries
