The Terrace at Siver Place is a seasonal restaurant in Chicago. It’s only open for a few weeks over the summer when weather is warm enough for outdoor eating. This open-air restaurant serves guests on an outdoor patio covered by a large tent. Live music and the harbor air set the scene for a pleasant dining experience right on the water’s edge. When the evening gets too cool, a heater is turned on under the tent to keep guests warm for the remainder of their stay. Eating at The Terrace at Siver Place gives guests a chance to try a lot of delicious new American cuisine in a unique location. Dishes such as the lobster rolls, margarita pizza, the Siver burger, pork belly and scallops and the hanger steak are popular choices. The Terrace at Siver Place also serves a wide variety of mixed drinks.

Limited menu, but everything we had was good! Live music was great, but a little too loud for to be able to hold a conversation easily. A good time was had by all!

The website you have listed does not reflect the current state of the restaurant. Very disappointing, we left and ate somewhere else.

Lobster roll was good. I asked about the cubano sandwich and the waiter said it has cheese. When the cubano came out it had pork and mustard? The rice had terrible flavor. This place is only good for drinks and a lake front environment. Do not waste your time on the food. Gross

This was not where near the same atmosphere or food quality as last year. When I made my reservation there were 4 o'clock time slot options and we chose 5. When we arrived at 4:55 p.m. the gate was still shut and one of the workers was talking to a potential customer through the gate saying they opened at 5! Hmmm! Once we got in to be seated we had our choice of tables to pick from but a number of tables were bubbled and warped and though we can manage drinks on a table like that, our children cannot. We did find a table with no bubbles. My son and I had burgers and mine came with a moldy bun. The waitress took the bun away and returned with a "fresh" toasted bun. Needless to say, neither I or my son ate the bun. We also ordered the same doneness and mine was clearly more cooked than his. The waitress (Raina) credited us for the burger, thankfully. Again, just not the same compared to the number of visits last summer. Sad, this place has HUGE potential if for nothing else, the view!!

When the hostess sat us she said they were short handed and service may be slow, but that was not a problem- the problem was that they had a very limited menu and were already out of the cubano sandwich. The lobster roll was good and the hamburger cooked to order but would prefer a few more choices.
