Absolutely miserable from beginning to end. We were sat right away and after nearly 10 minutes had to flag someone down to get service. Then the appetizer took 35 minutes and we were given the excuse the kitchen screwed up. Then food came out. Fish fry was soggy and my burger was wrong. Ended up taking them 4 tries to get me a plain burger with BBQ sauce. Had to flag people down for everything like refills and condiments. Manager said he was going to take my burger off the bill and did not. It was just a nightmare. I tried to contact the manager above him and no one will return my calls. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Fast service & variety of waiters & waitresses from different countries. Food was delicious as well. Plus it was half off drinks when we went as well. Bonus!

Food came out on time, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Manager came around and made sure we were being taken care of. He was also veteran and welcomed our military family with open arms. We got the prime rib and it was amazing!! Thank you for giving us such a great dinner and experience! Definitely recommend for a great drink and food.

Unfortunately, we came on an apparently tough night. Our service was so bad that we only got postal salad bar, drinks and one appetizer. After nearly 2 hours, our food hadn't arrived. So...I think they just need to get their stuff together and the restaurant will be good. What we ate tasted great!

There for a wrestling tournament/family vacation at Chula Vista. Restaurant is on the resort grounds,and made a reservation for my family of 4, more than 48 hours in advance. We waited 3 hours to get our food, and 30 min to be seated after the time of our reservation. Then the hostess didn’t let out server know we were there. Then, the manager never asked if there was anything he could do, nor did he even come out to speak to our table. Worst experience of our lives and they made us pay for the entire thing, offered no assistance. Will NEVER go back!!!!!

It took over 20 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us, it took more than two hours to get our food. The manager was friendly, however that really didn’t help after we sat there forever! Then, we were charged 18% gratuity to a waitress we saw 3 times & had to beg for a beer & water during our two hour wait.

Waited over an hour after ordering just to get appetizers and had to walk to the bar to get our own refills on drinks. Walked out before our food even showed after another 45 minutes.

We understood this restaurant is a part of a resort and prices would be higher but my burger and fries were almost $15. I would not say it was a $15 meal. Alcohol also out of line but again... Its a resort. If you want better, cheaper food... Drive into town. Service and atmosphere average.

The food was great! The service was great as well. My only suggestion would be to consider getting hostesses who are a little more welcoming. Other than that everything else was great.

A nice restaurant with good service. The portion sizes varied with the ravioli being very small and the chicken wrap being huge.
