The Tavern at the Inn - The Inn at Warm Springs
Family Covid Christmas get away
I have been to a lot of great restaurants and this is definately at the top of my list. Perfect evening and exceptional food.
The food here is incredibly good. The desserts especially were fantastic. GREAT for a special occasion.
We had Sunday brunch here and left very full and satisfied. This was a recommendation of the woman doing my manicure at the Homestead and it was a hit. First, let us recommend the sauerkraut soup. Even if you don’t like sauerkraut, you have to order this. I had a bloody mary (with bourbon instead of vodka, of course) and the wife had a mimosa. My bloody was done to perfection – just the right amount of “kick” to it.
We sat on the porch, despite it being winter outside and found it wonderful. Our server was attentive and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time and meal. The Inn holds so many great memories for our entire family. So thankful that the tradition of Great food and a welcoming atmosphere, continues!
Just another wonderful meal. Muscles were hot and yummy, beet salad was chock full of beets, the pork was to die for, so tender! We all enjoyed everything so much, especially the staff!!
We have had dinner at The Tavern twice this week. Both dinners were wonderful. We tried something new each time, and the mussels for our appetizer were outstanding. The service is nice, but the kitchen and wait staff need a little more attention to timing. We felt a little rushed, but again, both dinners were excellent!
Fabulous dinner. Salmon was excellent and dessert was to die for!
Stopped here for lunch on our way to the Homestead on a Thursday and were very impressed. So much so that we decided to come back for dinner on Saturday, and were even more impressed. I had an incredible greek salad and a delicious chicken cordon bleu schnitzel, and my wife had some perfectly cooked scallops with a delicious mushroom risotto. The bread was homemade and delicious as well. Gnocchi was homemade and delicious. It's the kind of place where you can tell there is a very accomplished chef on staff who takes pride in their craft. Yum!!!
Lovely, charming and delicious! We had visited the local cidery Troddenvale and were delighted to pair a bottle with our dinner. It was a refreshing pairing with the rich, rustic German fare. Yum! Would return and definitely recommend!
Food and service was excellent. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend!
In town for 2 day golf tournament
Service was excellent and the food was amazing! The mushroom soup was the best we have ever had. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinners and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food.
Pleasantly surprised! While we did see other good reviews, we were a little suspect because it was the only restaurant available on a Friday night in the area (we booked about a week in advance to be fair). That said, we arrived for our dinner and were surprised to find a laid back tavern feel in an updated more modern / stylish décor. Our service was friendly, everyone enjoyed their meal (there were four of us). I commend them on being creative with their dishes. My husband ordered the pate to start and that was a generous serving of pate. I had the mushroom soup (while tasty it had too many potatoes for my taste). For dinner I had the lamb and it was delish! We look forward to going back when we are in the area.
Lovely place. Great wait staff. My husband and friend ordered the Chicken Schnitzel Cordon Bleu which they liked very much. I had the mushroom chowder which was outstanding. And the Gnocchi appetizer was enough for a meal and absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend to others and will return.
Great experience from top to bottom! Quaint setting with beautiful views of sunset over the mountains. Very friendly and attentive service and EXCELLENT food!
Jarek and his team do such a great job to make everything so comfortable!
Thanks for the candle and light!!
We enjoy the food, staff as well as the quaint decor
Food was excellent. Service was slow understandably due to the level of staffing and the number of guests. The staff was very nice. We would definitely return.
We had a relaxing, quiet, beautiful dinner on the front porch of the Inn. The food was done well, dishes were clearly marked GF and V and the service was excellent. Only thing that could have made it better would be a GF chocolate cake or brownie!!
Thanks for the memories.
Very good experience. Would for sure go back when in that part of the state.
Had an excellent dinner. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was very accomodating, and the location is historically fun. a great night out in Bath County! I would definitely recommend.
Food and service were excellent
The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. It was our anniversary and they set us at a lovely table that looked over the beautiful green lands. We’ve eaten at other restaurants in the area, and this is our favorite especially for the cost.
Excellent service and food quality
They accommodated us so that we could sit outside and were very friendly. We loved it!
All was well until an issue arose. They offered free dessert and a bottle of champagne to make up for it and took half of my meal. Food tasted great.
Another fantastic meal and experience this past Friday. Had some family visiting, and we enjoyed a terrific meal on the porch. My brother in-law said his steak was "the best he had ever had"!
The tavern is a gem!
Fantastic food, excellent cocktails, and friendly and helpful staff. We have been thrilled every time we’ve eaten here. It rivals restaurants in any city. Definitely give it a try when you’re in the area.
Very nice addition to the area. The entrees we had were very good especially the scallops with mushroom risotto. Unfortunately the coconut shrimp were obviously pre prepared and were both hard and very poor taste. Not a good reflection on the overall quality.
Wonderful dining experience!!
A lovely casually elegant restaurant with fabulous food and terrific service! We ate here twice during our 3-day stay!
Nice, casual atmosphere. Clean and very COVID compliant. Wonderful service. And the food was fabulous. We started with the breaded mushrooms - very crispy and well-seasoned with a very tasty dipping sauce. I had the burger with grilled onions and provolone - so good! I had a side of their house fries - I'm not kidding when I say these are the best fries I've had in a long time. They arrived piping hot - crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. And, when they cooled off over the course of the meal, they remained crispy. No greasy limp fries here! We really enjoyed this meal and will definitely return when we come back to town.
First visit - will not be my last! Excellent!
The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely will eat here again the next time I'm in town!!
Good food, slow service. We were a party of 5. Drink orders were missed, server did not come back to check on our table. Therefore, dinner took too long.
Great meal in a pleasant atmosphere, good social distancing measures.
Great food, creative and cool vibe, excellent service.
Lunch with friends. Exceeded expectations. We err all very happy with our food. Fresh take on classic items. Can’t wait to return.
We made a dinner reservation after reading the wonderful reviews. It did not disappoint! Our meals were delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back when we return to the area.
