The food was great. The service was amazing. We had an English speaking waiter from Italy who was highly attentive and caring. The atmosphere and environment are very welcoming.

This place has not got a star (yet) but is much better than Michellin-starred restaurants in the area. Amazing tasting menu

Ein wunderschöner, einfach perfekter Abend. Schön gedeckter Tisch auf der Terrasse, aufmerksame und super kompetente Bedienung und alles aus der Küche inklusiv Weinbegleitung erstklassig. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Meran kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank für die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft!

Wir waren aufgrund der Präsentation von "The Tasting room at Villa Eden" auf der Homepage schon sehr gespannt und haben uns auf den Abend sehr gefreut. Der Abend war für uns außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kellner war äusserst zuvorkommend, das 7 Gängemenü (wir haben schon einige Sternemenüs genossen) war exzellent. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Wir haben noch nie so gut gespeist. Ein rundum gelungener Abend - äusserst empfehlswert. Wer nur 5 Gänge bestellt, der verpasst etwas... Wir möchten uns recht herzlich bedanken und kommen gerne wieder. Dieser Abend war der Höhepunkt unserer Südtirolreise und er wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Martina und Bernhard
