I celebrated my birthday with 3 of my friends. The food was amazing and the view was beautiful. The prices, however, were different online than they were on the menu. Nonetheless, it was worth every penny.

They gave us an awful view behind a wall, probably Spanish are not welcome even when we can afford places even better than this. Unfriendly employees, insist on keep us hidden behind a wall even when they had more available tables. The Ice cream for my children never arrived

Seemed quite disinterested when we arrived, almost put out that we wanted to wait for a window table. Wine menu was limited. Food was nice, not necessarily worth what we paid though. However my wife ordered a lobster tail, which was a $50 supplement, which was not cleaned and had the ‘vein’ still in which was disgusting!! Toilets were disgusting with bins overflowing, paper all over the floor and toilets broken. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed with our experience. Only positive really to speak about was the view.

I reserved this restaurant for the Christmas Day 5 course menu . No where on the menu did it indicate no substitutions but I did indicate that I had a strict vegan diet and asked the restaurant to contact me to confirm the could accommodate this. Seventy-hours prior to Christmas Day they contacted me, and asked it vivid detail what my dietary requirements were and assured me they would meet with the chef and convey this to him. They also said if they couldn’t meet my requirements they would call and let me know. When we arrived to our reservation, and asked our server if she was aware of my vegan diet request , she looked at me like like a deer in the headlights. She went to the manager to speak to the kitchen and chef , who apparently had no prior knowledge of my reservation or requirements .. and then brought in the most incompetent restaurant manager I’ve ever encountered in my 51 years of life. I’ve had a vegan diet since 2008 and this is the first time an alleged fine dining establishment , who was given 72 hours notice couldn’t accommodate. Her excuse is that all their food is premade, there are no substitutions allowed , but she could offer me a deep discount if there was something on the menu I could “pick around “. Unbelievable! For $125 a person plus gratuity ? They have vegan options at Chick Fila A and even OutBack Steakhouse for God sake! This was a disaster we left immediately and will be writing a letter The Westin/Marriott Corporate Headquarters-I am a platinum elite member and this is unaccceptable.
