Food was good, but service was super slow— from initial table greet, to drink orders being delivered, food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but then circle back for bill took too long. It was a client dinner and was pretty embarrassing to have such slow service. Good thing the view was stunning…

The front desk host was rude and inconsiderate. She allowed customers to jump the line in front of others with reservations that were waiting. When confronted, she argued with excuses instead of easily dissolving the concern with an apology. However, her pride and lack of humility and professionalism were too great. On a positive note, the view was the best part of the experience. By far… as for the meal service… our server was friendly but socially awkward. He engaged our children with life advice that was overall positive but cringey. As if he knew us?!? Our kids meals were just ok… with the pizza dough undercooked and raw inside the crust. My entree was good… grouper with a ginger marinade. Overall, It was good, fresh, and hot. The filet mignon was well seasoned and cooked to medium rare. More like medium but it was juicy. Our server offered to validate parking although we paid for an adjacent outdoor space. So, when visiting here, park at the Westin to take advantage of validation. The food and services were significantly overpriced with entrees over 75$ each and kids menu items at $25 each. Drinks were at 25$ each. I would not recommend this experience at this price point. But, this is my opinion.

The best views the rib eye steak was perfect the drinks were really good. The service we had from our server Jeff was 10 out of 10!

The experience was stellar, food was excellent my husband and I as well as our guest thoroughly enjoyed the entire time, server was professional and entertaining, we will come back, DEFINITELY!!!
