Daughter and boyfriend meet the parents. Very nice evening. Steaks and service were outstanding.

Had not been to this restaurant since it was renamed Salvage. Too bad the only thing apparently changed is the name, although the name change is clearly apt. Nothing but the bread tasted fresh.
We ordered the Chateaubriand for two at the recommendation of the waiter after I asked him what the best they had was. It was so disappointing. It tasted as if the whole meal was microwaved or refrigerated and reheated. It was AWFUL.
I sure wish a really good American restaurant would appear in southeast Denver.

Fun time-great service
Steaks needed to be on sizzling hot plates back like they used to have when it was called the Summit.
Also steaks get cold when it’s a group of 4 or more and they try to bring it out at the same time for all.

We went for lunch. It was OK. It wasn't crowded. The food wasn't hot when it was served, just lukewarm. The price was pretty high. I had the prime rib. It had a lot of fat that was inedible. My partner had the special. He liked it, but it wasn't hot either. The red pepper soup was great but again, not hot...

Not one indication on your website that you were doing a Buffet on Easter Sunday. You mentioned crab legs and peal and eat shrimp but nothing EVER about a Buffett or Pricing. The hostess called us twice to confirm ~ said nothing about Buffett or Pricing. So there we are........
Waiting on our waitress with attitude (sitting on folding chairs while the normal chairs were piled outside of the restaurant). I asked about champagne ~ never offered a necessary wine list as was needed because you were not serving the USUAL bottomless mimosas. We still don't know how much the Buffet is going to be ~ when our waitress said WE HAVE NO BOXES FOR TO GO FOOD! We were there for a lovely bruch not leftovers........!
The food was very disappointing overall. Attitude by all staff was indifferent and not invested. Next year we will go to the Brown Palace for less money, higher quality food, better attitudes and acceptable service. BTW a friend of ours said "I can't believe you went to the restaurant with the logo that says to them "Road to Table" ...........hummmmmmm. Good luck!

The Salvage has the most wonderful layout for the brunches. The food is beyond compare and we tell everyone we see that asks how was your Easter to go to the Salvage.

The Easter Brunch was wonderful. Tons of selections, great carving station, seafood was fresh and plentiful, chocolate fountain was delicious! Service was good as they were busy. Excellent Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. Had big group (12) and we have a fantastic time. Atmosphere was comfy and cozy.

We have dined several times, and absolutely enjoyed each time! Great food, great service and I enjoy the linen table clothes, etc.

Even though the place doesn't look like much, it more than makes up for it with food quality and character. The value you get for an amazing steak at this is outstanding. We couldn't believe the quality & amount of food we got for what you'd pay at a high-class steakhouse in Cherry Creek. The service also made for an amazing experience. We will absolutely be back.

They extended their Restaurant Week Menu to the end of the month. The food choices were excellent and our hostess was spectacular. The experience was great! We are never disappointed when we eat there.

Pay raise and bonus at work

Our server was fantastic and looked after us very well. I feel that the price for the food was high, and the way the steaks are served on a small plate, and then your side dish on another plate is strange. It's not a nice presentation, and when you get your steak, you ask the question:"wow, am I really paying $45 for this little piece of meat?". Looking for value! A good thing about our experience was that we were put into a special room all by ourselves, which we loved, and again, our server Kevin was fantastic. They brought a special birthday dessert for both of our birthday kids, as I had requested, so that was great, too.

Had dinner for restaurant week here. It was great!! Steak was cooked to perfection and sides were very good. Highlight was milk and cookies for dessert.

Five friends had a delicious three course restaurant week meal. Everyone was pleased with their choices. We hope to return for lunch or brunch.

Love the mashed potatoes, the steak was ok it was only grilled on one side asked for medium well it was more like medium.

Went for Restaurant Week but have been long time diners at the Summit, now Salvage.
Having a white, crisp tablecloth telegraphs delicious food, great service and a lovely experience.
Salvage has continued with great food, always well cooked. We had Chateaubriand and
it was sensational. The restaurant was especially busy, but our server was right on top of
things without being intrusive.

The food was terrible. We had a table for 8 people on a Friday night business dinner. Service was fine. The steaks were not good. We ordered 2 Ribeyes and a New York, and they were all almost inedible with gristle. Presentation was awful, literally your steak is presented on a tiny oval plate with no side dish or garnish. I've never seen such a spartan presentation at a steakhouse. The Prime Rib was ok, but not high quality at all. I ordered BBQ ribs which were tough and not fall-off-the-bone which they are supposed to be. Not close to Ruby Tuesday or Chili's quality. The fact that all of our entrees were terrible indicates that this was not an issue with one steak. This is supposed to be a fine dining steakhouse. That was not our experience. This place is quite expensive, I recommend going elsewhere.

This place is amazing. I’m picky, I expect great service, high quality food, and an overall good experience...my server was phenomenal I felt like I knew her! The food was amazing! Definitely go!

French onion soup and crème brulee were very good. The rest of the Denver Restaurant Week menu was just average. Wine list is way overpriced and very few non-domestic wines to choose from. I don't see myself ever going back.

ordered the wild boar rack. was not impressed, but it was immediately replaced - no questions asked. The server was excellent.

We went for restaurant week but would definitely go back! The food was wonderful. The service was great! Our waiter, Eric, was so nice and attentive. I felt like we the only customers he was waiting on but he had a lot of other tables. I Was struggling with my dessert choice and he picked up on that. He actually brought the cheesecake and cookies by so I could see them and decide. We had a fabulous time.

We dined during restaurant week, and it was outstanding! I have already recommended it to my friends.

What a fantastic restaurant! The service was great. The food was great. The wine was great. Salvage is definitely on my list of restaurants to visit regularly.

The hostess welcoming, the food AMAZING, the scene Classic. The waitstaff is in need of teamwork training. Our server was far and in between, gone for long periods. The problem was other servers were constantly walking past us and could have taken a plate off our table. The food is fantastic and without better service you will not be able to charge these prices plane and simple. We overall enjoyed our experience traveling out of Downtown Denver to Aurora.

We were pleased. The new management change seems to have been seamless. We are glad this restaurant is close to home. The food was excellent. I had the fish my date had the steak. We will be back with friends.

All food is made in-house. We are neighbors of the owners and we didn't even realize it when we went in! The artichoke dip was the best I have ever had, I had the salmon, which tasted amazing, and my aunt and cousin had the chateubrian and said it tasted fabulous. The creme bruise was great and my aunt said let me try the cheesecake. I am a huge fan of cheesecake, but this one blew many others out of the water! My cousin said the cookies just MELT IN YOUR MOUTH and the waiter explained to us they are made small batch when ordered. They are extremely focused on great customer service.

Terrific dinner in a lively, friendly restaurant. Service was exceptional. Enjoyed having one of the owners stop by our table.

Tried out the restaurant during Denver restaurant week- it was better than expected! Excellent meal, service, and the price was great! We will definitely go back for more!

Not that anything was bad it was just underwhelming. The food was okay but really nothing special. I live in Parker and do not see myself making the trip to dine here again.

We had very good food this evening. We happened to be there during Restaurant Week. I chose from that menu, while my date did not. We both enjoyed our meal, and thought our choices were a good value

Anniversary dinner with friends

Excellent service, great food, very nice atmosphere--a great place for a special occasion--quiet and classy. Very glad Salvage was able to bring back the best of the old Summit.

It was so busy on Valentine's day and service was slow. Waited so long to be seated and couldn't order anything apart from appetizer. Some customers actually left because the food was taking too long. I only order salad to avoid the long wait. I know this was a special occasion so it was bound to happened. Otherwise I love going there.

No salt or pepper or candle on table.
No bread served.
No dessert offered.
Will never return. The manager gave us a $100 certificate which is moot as we will never return. Will give the certificate to a friend (perhaps to an enemy).
Sad what has happened to the Summit...

Waited over an hour for steaks to arrive, my well done ribeye was medium rare and my wife’s prime rib was cold, sent both back, almost every table in there was complaining about the food, paying $50 for a steak that would be better spent at another restaurant

Valentines day night meal very good, butr so busy, service is slow.
