Salvage was wonderful! The steak was cooked to perfection and our starters were really great (we did escargot and French onion soup to share). We had one misstep with the kitchen, and when it was pointed out, the staff went out of their way to make it right. It has AWESOME owners that take pride in their business, so I would call it a wonderful experience and recommend it for date night!

We booked an early dinner and was not aware the dinning room does not open until later and had to be seated in the bar. Otherwise we would have made the reservation for later. Our server was great but also had to function as the bar tender as well. The food was awesome however, looks like there are staffing issues that need to be worked out.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner at the Salvage. While my wife and daughter ordered off the regular menu, I had the special Thanksgiving dinner that was offered. All three meals were excellent, and the Thanksgiving dinner special was almost too much food to eat. The service was excellent, and the important thing was our family enjoyed the evening very much.

Loved the Thanksgiving dinner! It included all the favorite dishes on one plate at a reasonable price. The service was excellent. The music and ambiance were nice.
I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions or a romantic dinner.

We tried this restaurant out of necessity because we were looking for a last minute place to have a tradional Thanksgiving meal. The food was good and plentiful. The service was fast and friendly. It is at the higher price end but we felt it was worth it.

I made this reservation for me, my dad and my 11 year old daughter for Thanksgiving dinner. After realizing my sister would be able to join us, I called the restaurant to change the number of guests and was told that they wouldn't be able to change it unless we chose a different time to eat.. I ended up telling my sister that we couldn't change the reservation. When we got to the restaurant, the 3 of us were seated at a 4 top table... they could've changed the reservation. THEN... we order the traditional meal which was supposed to be $40-something for adults and $13 for kids under 12. The food was so-so, we never got our rolls. When the server gave us the bill, my dad grabbed it and paid it without me seeing it... come to find out, we were billed as 3 adults, paying over $30 more than we should've been billed... again, didn't know this until after the fact. At any rate, we won't be back...

We were very pleased with our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Our server (Eric) allowed us plenty of time to enjoy dinner and conversation, yet he was appropriately attentive. Plenty of food and everything on the menu was prepared properly and quite good; the kitchen did a great job. For a special occasion like Thanksgiving, we feel that Salvage provided a good value.

All of the restaurant staff were well-prepared for the day, and conducted themselves calmly and professionally. We are experienced diners, and appreciate that we were allowed to enjoy our dinner party and guests for 2+ hours.

This was our second visit to Salvage (first time was for lunch), and we will be dining there again.

A very nice Thanksgiving dinner! The name of this restaurant should be reconsidered. Kevin made certain we had top notch service!

Service was very good. Turkey and ham were very good. Only got one Brussel sprout, and dressing was awful, way too gooey. Salad was good. Wine was his but easy Rio pricey for a simple Mosca to. Probably won't go there for Thanksgiving dinner again. Will try there streak sometime.

Ok, but the atmosphere was a little too "western" for my taste. The food (holiday prixe fixe) was good and generous portions, but everything was crowded onto the single large plate and running all together.

the food was great as always. A staff member kind of messed up a special occasion, a 90th birthday. cake was not as ordered , only a slice was brought out. BUT the owner Hopi had the exec chef make us a new one and it all turned out great!

Three of the four of us had steak and the fourth person had salmon. All the meals were exceptional! Not only was the food great, the service superb. I'd highly recommend this place for a special occasion.

Food was OK - had to send steaks back for more grilling. Need to real specific about how you want your steak prepared. Had the portobello mushroom meal - was mediocre. Slow service b/c they don't have any busboys - just the wait staff to clear tables - took a while to clear ours. For that pricing, need to have quicker and more staff. Will go elsewhere for an expensive steak meal.

The food was wonderful! The French Onion soup was amazing, as was the French Dip sandwich. The menu heavily focuses on their prime rib and beef selections, though there are solid other choices as well. Going there again in a few weeks for our next business meeting.

Premium prices, fair quality of food, service B-, would I go there again? I would go for the bar service at happy hour in for appetizers. I will probably not go again for an expensive dinner

I applaud their efforts to revive the old Summit - but you are charging more than Elway's prices without their quality or atmosphere. Just not going to pay this much for this location and level of food and atmosphere.

We happened to dine there while a business party or birthday was going on. Also there was a noisy toddler. But it did not detour us.
We were dressed casual and it just fine for this restaurant.
Lighting was not overkill as well. the atmosphere was comfy.
The service was excellent and I wish I could remember his name.

We had the dinner for two.
That was fillet minion, carrots, asparagus and a stuffed tomato. With three sauces; Mustard sauce, mushroom sauce and demi gloss. It was plated at table side so it made the experience even better. The whole meal was great.
They also make there bread from scratch in the restaurant and was great as well.
The beer we had was the blue moon. It was crisp and very fresh tasting. Almost like they are good at keeping lines and equipment clean. ( makes a difference).
The price is a little high but it was well worth it in the end.
Wee will return there again.
