                              The lodge is beautiful and the grounds were nicely kept. The inside was attractive and the staff was friendly and made frequent trips to the table. However, we found the food to be less than mediocre. It appeared to be mostly frozen foods that had been heated and most of what we had was bland, greasy, cold, or just not appealing. The cost for our buffet lunch was $55 (for 2) and we didn't even have champagne. We won't return for food. (sorry)

                              Beautifully decorated. Wonderful service. The food and selection was not quite what it was when Peter was there. Surprised that the price was increased for the holiday season!! Still, it is a very special place!!
