   Best bottomless brunch I’ve ever been too. Service was amazing, we had multiple drinks coming out at once. 10/10

   A really fun event, which also catered for a dietary need (gluten free). Lots of choice of drinks which were free flowing - lots of service asking for orders. Great fun had by all and can’t wait to attend the next one.

   This was the first time I had visited 3 Stories and had booked a table for drinks in The Library upstairs. The cocktails were very nice, reasonably priced and the live music was excellent. However, I unfortunately did not have a very good experience with staff members. There was two staff members behind the bar, who both had no urgency or people skills. One of the barmen actually leant over the bar and aggressively shouted in my face when I had commented to a friend that I did not like the sound of one of the cocktails on the menu.

   When we arrived, they did not have this booking and were not helpful at all . Also, we have disabled person in our group, and the lift was out of order, and this event was on the 3rd floor

   Did not have a good experience Bar staff very slow I had to point out the bottle of gin as she said they didn't have any The lay out needs a rethink food should be on the middle floor not the ground floor where everyone is walking past you looking for a table or watching the TV screens The singer was far to loud aswell could not have a conversation with other people with us in my opinion singer needs to be on another floor as they have 3 floors or on later on in the evening

   Food wasnt available so coukdnt say. They didnt have my table saved but we managed to find one. Didnt have a cork screw to open red wine. Staff friendly and nice. A good addition to Sunderland so will try it again. Place looks fab so sure its just a few hiccups with it just opening
