Historic old fashion steak house . Good steak at a decent price.
The steaks were not top tier steak house good but solid nonetheless. It was definitely a good value since sides were included with entree purchase along with soup or salad. The decor is dated but definitely part of the appeal of a western steakhouse.
Had not been in over 30 years and was truly surprised by the good service and good food.
Loved Don, our waiter.
Do not order any of the Bison! Ribeye was soo tough and the meatloaf was mushy!
The Stockyards team makes sure my business meetings shine. The warm welcome, efficient service, delicious food, high energy, etc. provides experiences that cause me to keep coming back.
Good food as usual. Great service.
If you like cowboy history and you like beef, this is the place to go. The Stockyards is a beautiful old restaurant located on property that was formally a stockyard and feed lot for the cattle industry. The interior of the restaurant has lots of cowboy art and western memorabilia. Our server, Kent, was very attentive. He knew the menu well and made some excellent suggestions. The food was properly prepared as requested. Everything we ate had a bit of a Southwest flare making it unique to our Midwest palates. It seems to be popular with Phoenix locals. For the quality of food we enjoyed, the pricing was fair. It was still a steakhouse, but we thought it was a great value for our meal. Highly recommended.
Food and service excellent. Thinking of having a family birthday there.
We go to the Stockyards restaurant a couple times a year for special occasions! Great prime rib!
