   The place was full but it didn’t deter from the service or atmosphere. Food was excellent and the drinks were prepared perfectly. I had a $28 burger and it was worth every penny.

   Ive had the pleasure of being served by Adam and am always so genuinely impressed. His knowledge of scotch is on another level—detailed, passionate, and spot-on with recommendations. He guides us through some incredible options I’d never tried before, and each one was exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of expertise and makes it feel approachable. Honestly, Adam is the kind of person who elevates the entire experience. If they’re not already training staff or being recognized for their value, they absolutely should be. A real asset to the bar—the Stewart would not be the same without him. A shout out to Kelsey and Zach as well- who are always so professional, approachable and knowledgeable as well. Their customer service can’t be beat. They all are the reason we keep coming back and why it’s our number 1 recommendation to anyone visiting the area.

   Service is over the top. The staff is very knowledgeable about the abundant drink menu and offered excellent recommendations

   This is a Scotch and champagne bar. I mainly hang out with Bourbon fans, so was tickled to be able to dial in on my favorite. Adam was invaluable in helping us pick out our beverages amongst the ones I had yet to try. The don't just have the standard offerings, they have ones off the beaten path, which was so much fun! Many of their Scotches are affordable, especially as 1 ounce pours so you can enjoy several options. The setting is very intimate, lots of dark paneling, low, plush seats and marble tabletops. I did have an order of the sticky toffee pudding, which was very good. We had rousing good conversation with another couple we had met that night. We look forward to our next visit to the Stewart.

   Food and service very good. Our group had 5 glasses of Bordeaux. When I paid the bill I found out that they charge $44 per glass. One: a little warning would be nice on that price. Two: it was a nice but not particularly great wine. So the value was not there at all.

   We went to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday with a party of 5 which was a little awkward since the seating area is already tight and adding an extra chair to a four top made it even tighter. Service was great, staff was excellent and provided great recommendations for cocktails and scotch before and after our meals and wine to have with our meals. The service and food were excellent and made the prices which seem to be inflated by the DC weekenders a little less painful.

   Like all of BluePoint Hospitality's venues, The Stewart, far exceeds quality, ambiance and service well beyond one's expectations for a small town lounge and small plates establishment. We enjoyed a very nice meal and drinks on Valentine's Day weekend. All tables were full, so it was a bit loud compared to prior visits. As usual, wait staff was attentive and very professional. The lamb lollipops and scallops were excellent. The Mochiko Chicken was good but I don't think I'd order it again. The sushi was very good, short of excellent- the California roll although tasty was rather cold suggesting that it had been made earlier and taken straight from fridge to table. My wife loved her Chocolate Mousse desert; I've had better toffee pudding (albiet in England). We really love this venue and are anxious to come back but I should think ahead to ask for one of the tables that better accommodate a tall person with long legs. Finally, I would recommend that the marble table tops be buffed as they are showing excessive water marks/stains etc.

    Two things detracted from an otherwise excellent evening. The first was that we were initially seated at the bar, in spite of a well in advance reservation for two. Upon request we were properly seated. Secondly, this is the third time I have eaten here and last night was the second time the coffee/espresso maker was down. Service was excellent, and the food was great.
