Lounge
The Stewart is an intimate bar-and-lounge in the heart of Easton, MD, with an unparalleled focus on the very finest of single malt Scotch whiskeys and vintage Champagnes. Upon entrance, guests are transported to a sphere of sheer refinement and spirit sophistication where one of the most impressive assemblages of Scotch in America is gloriously ensconced in the eloquent Federal Street enclave. An elegant evening progresses in an atmosphere of updated and distinguished Highland splendor: gleaming dark woods, handsomely refurbished period seating, gilt-framed oil paintings of Highland scenes, an intricately pargeted plaster ceiling, and, naturally, tartans galore. A crackling fire in the cooler months provides cozy ambient undertones within an 18th century walnut and brass trumeau chimney.

Ah-mazing! Visited when my wife and I were in Easton for my wife's work. I love scotch, but my wife has never really enjoyed it. Our experience at The Stewart changed that for good. Adam and Debra were fantastic guides and helped my wife navigate the various styles from Speyside to Islay, and they also recommended a nice selection of small plates from the kitchen. Everything was delicious (participate the scallop in fashion and the heirloom tomato grilled cheese), and the timing of the plates was perfect. We had a very leisurely 3-hour tasting of scotch and victuals that was amped up by the cozy drawing room atmosphere. We really felt at home. Needless to say, there was an impressive range of single malt scotches, from a basic Glenfiddich to a very old and rare Macallan. I had a heavily peated Bruichladdich that was sublime. We are most definitely coming back!

Gorgeous space with incredible design details. The staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable of the impressive/deep Champagne and Scotch selection. The food was a fantastic surprise - a well executed menu for a delicious light dinner.

I must say if you are going to have a nice meal and maybe a cocktail or two ...this is not a good choice.

Extremely high price. I travel all over the US and internationally and must say this is just way over priced. They only offer Champaign and scotch as a cocktail offering. food is more like a small plate of restaurant. Don't get me wrong...the quality of the food is outstanding. Not a meal. Just a ridiculous price . My wife and I had a small salad.Three very small ounce/shots of scotch, a small bottle of Champaign maybe a split or half bottle at best....$260.00 ! Absurd. I can see why they were almost empty. I wouldn't m ine paying this much if it had been a full course meal . For TWO small pieces of pork for me and three small scallops for my wife.... ?

I wouldn't recommend this to take a customer or friends. Just not a good value.

There are not enough superlatives to accurately describe The Stewart. The food is delicious, scotch and champagne offerings are superb, service is impeccable and the attention to detail (antique champagne flutes, etched water glasses, linen napkins, beautiful wood paneling and stunning fireplace) is quite spectacular.
We have already booked another reservation. The Stewart is truly a gift to Easton, and to us!

What a wonderful place to spend New Years Eve! If I could rate the food higher than outstanding I would. Service was impeccable. Cozy and intimate setting. Highly recommend!
