Haven't gone here since we thought it was just a "casino type of restaurant". We were wrong! It is outstanding. Better than all the other stand a lone steak house restaurants in Palm Springs by far - it just happens to be attached to a casino. Everything was perfect from the greeting at the entrance right through the very end of the meal. Our waiter Ken B. was just about the best we've ever had. Great job. This is a very fine restaurant in Palm Springs and we urge others who haven't tried it, to go!
We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Staff was so friendly and our waitress was amazing.
Love they’re 5 star service, food & experience. Eat here for date nights and special occasions. Doesn’t feel like you’re in a casino at all.
Great food, great service. Treated like family every time. Can’t wait to come back.
service was ok a needed to be a little more attentive! delicious food a little boring a need to be a little more up bit ambiance the place is great but too much competition out there
It was okay. Not over the top but we enjoyed it. Smoke comes in from the casino which was a little annoying. Service kids of rushes you along asking several times if you’re done with your plate. By the third time you just give it to them so they quit asking. Waitress was super awesome!
The staff did an excellent job. This was our second visit and for the price it was NOT worth it. Two of the 4 of us had “Ok” steaks. I ordered the rib eye which was full of grizzle I sent it back.
Granted they didn’t charge me for it as well as gave us a free dessert but I wanted to enjoy my dinner.
Considering the cigarette and cigar smoke walking in on top of the price. I’ll not be going back
Great food just too expensive for a simple dinner salad and stea
The staff was outstanding! The apps, salad and wine was good but main course lack quality. Maybe I was just too full by then.
Have dined at The Steakhouse many times over the years. Always find the service outstanding, the food good, but the value below average. The pricing just seems too high and above other more well known steakhouses with higher or comparable food.
Amazing Food. Great variety. Martinis were very, very good. Perfect steak and the Lobster mash potatoes are Legendary !
We have dined at the Steakhouse at the Rancho Mirage resort more than a few times. This restaurant is quieter (better sheltered from the casino noise) and made the dining experience more enjoyable. The food and the service was outstanding.
An excellent dining experience.
Overall, very nice. Steak was a bit overcooked from what was ordered, but not terribly. Just figured for price it should be exact to what was ordered.
Our server was excellent suggested specials, wine and appetizers along with dessert. Everything was great. For being in a casino you didn't hear the usual casino noise. We will definitely come back!
I had indicated this was a Birthday celebration but they didn’t know anything and we had to keep telling them it was a Birthday.
We have dined here several times before and loved it, this the return. This time it was not so good. We came during restaurant week and three of us ordered the restaurant week specials... bummer! My pork chop was very dry. My husband's ravioli was too rich and our friend's salmon was over taken by strawberry. Our fourth person ordered the steak and it was incredible as usual... we learned our lesson... we will stick to the house specialty - steak!
Amazing experience and food - and will go back for special occasions. The thing we found odd though, was during restaurant week the idea is to try new places and experience the best of what they have to offer - and the Steakhouse offered no steak on the restaurant week menu.
Always delicious, always amazing! We were treated to excellent service and food. We love going here for special occasions and even proposed marriage to my wife here.
Perfect all around
It's very expensive for an a la carte menu. The steak was burnt and it wasn't big at all. I did enjoy the fact that they made the birthday boy feel welcomed.
Excellent service and food
Nice restaurant...good food...service was quite good.
This restaurant has the best lobster bisque in all of California. Great service, wonderful food, very attentive staff. Highly recommend it.
We were impressed walking into The Steakhouse restaurant. The delicious smell of steak and the elegant ambience was inviting. Our dinners were very delicious. We Love The Steakhouse!
The Steakhouse is a solid choice for dining downtown. The food and service are always consistent. Don't miss the squash blossoms if they are in season! They are perfection.
Holly is amazing.
It was ok. My husband had a filet and it was good. I had the seafood special and would not order it again. Scallops were not cooked, lobster and shrimp were over cooked and covered in a cream sauce. But you should never order fish at a steakhouse. I would look elsewhere next time. Holly was a good server and the other staff were attentive as well.
Great food and service!
My server Nestor was great! Didn’t rush me at all and made my dining experience wonderful. The oysters were delicious, Fanny bay.
Loved the food (as always). Great cocktails and kind service!
It is good. In a casino. So if you like casinos, it’s good.
Great food and service! Signed card by staff and dessert given for our anniversary and we didn’t say anything about it other than putting it down on the Open Table reservation. Crab legs were basically opened all the way for you. Delicious dinner. Monday night so quiet and only about 15 tables throughout the night but they kept everyone spaced nicely to minimize noise.
Great food, great place, and Holly is the best waitresses.
Our waiter was Nestor. He is cordial, friendly and professional. We always have a first class experience at the Spa Steakhouse!!!
Finally got around to trying the steakhouse, after hearing many great things about it from friends. I expected a more stellar experience. While the service was great, the food was above average at best. Certainly not on par with other steak houses in the area at the same price point.
Oysters Rockefeller were soupy, oily messes. My grass fed ribeye was ordered medium but came medium rare, somewhat flavorless. Even some salt and pepper didn’t bring it up to the standard I expected. My side order was potatoes au gratin. Came to the table room temperature. Had to send it back. The next one came back at proper temperature, but after they get digging into it, it was bland.
On the upside, we were greeted warmly by the host, and our server, Nester, paid attention to our table without being overbearing, and tended to our needs.
Our first visit to the Spa Restaurant. First impressions were not good- we asked for a booth and the hostess was
Rude and not friendly- told us she already sat us at a table so we needed to get up and wait 10 mins- it wasn’t even that busy!! Then she sat us in a booth and said next time you need to ask for a booth ahead of time. The server was very pleasant. The prime rib was unusually fatty and the prices are $$$$. We prefer LG’s Steakhouse much better-
The prices and overall food quality are much better than the Spa Casino Steakhouse!
The wait staff was excellent and our server too. Very warm, friendly and asking often if everything was good. We throughly enjoyed our meal
What a nice find so close to home... the restaurant is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and enjoyable... The started with the scallop appetizer and they were cooked perfectly!!! I had the bone-in Ribeye... also cooked to perfection and so delicious. We choose Brussel Sprouts and creamed corn. A very nice and welcoming place for special occasions..
