El THE Steak House ha sido nombrado recientemente la Mejor Churrasquería de Las Vegas por Zagat. El amable personal del THE Steak House lleva 34 años ofreciendo a sus comensales las mejores carnes. Además, el THE Steak House cuenta con una zona acristalada de añejado en seco. La carne de res de primera calidad del Medio Oeste se añeja durante 21 días a 2º y con un 67% de humedad relativa. Este proceso ablanda la carne y le da un sabor distinto, el cual se potencia preparándola en una parrilla de carbón de mezquite con fogón abierto. El comedor es de lo más acogedor y presenta paredes verdes con cuadros de temática rural, maderas oscuras y asientos de cuero rojo con hendiduras en forma de diamante, que crean un ambiente similar al de una sala de estar. La cena se compone de pan recién horneado, su famosa sopa de frijoles negros o ensalada de la casa con verdura fresca del chef y puré de patatas con ajo, patata asada o zizaina.

What a wonderful experience my first time here I’ve hit almost all the classic steakhouses on the strip and this ranks with the best of them the service is fabulous. The steak was perfect. Definitely on my comeback to Vegas list.

If you’re looking for the best Steak House in all of Las Vegas, you have to go to the Steak House at Circus Circus. The ambience is great. The meal is excellent and the service is unbelievable perfect. They’re not in a rush to get you out they want you to stay their friendly. The staff is great. It’s a must do if you’re going to go to Las Vegas and you’re looking for a great meal. We’ve been going there since 1980s. They’ve won numerous awards.

A wonderful steak house. It aways has been for the 30+ years that I have been visiting Las Vegas. A very authentic and traditional atmosphere which is peaceful with mellow Frank Sinatra tunes playing in the background. The service from David was impeccable as nothing is too much trouble and you really do experience that fine dining experience which many other steak houses in Vegas lack. The food of course is just amazing and the steaks cooked perfectly. Sadly, I fell that this may be the last time that I am able to visit the restaurant as with the owner now looking to sell Circus Circus, it's only a matter of time I feel before the hotel is demolished for a new resort......we have seen this numerous times over the years which I suppose is inevitable. Thank you so very much for many wonderful meals and memories. Fingers crossed, there may be one or two opportunities to visit if the sale takes its time. Kindest regards, Barry. UK.

Don’t let the old-school casino surroundings fool you—this is one of the best classic steakhouses in Las Vegas. The meal started with a dozen oysters on the half shell, impeccably fresh and briny, served chilled with all the right accompaniments. Each bite was a reminder that quality seafood can exist in the heart of the desert. For the main course, the steak was the undeniable star. Been to many steakhouses before, was told this is a hidden gem of Vegas. Their restaurant was fine, steaks good( b/in rib eye much better than porterhouse). I’ve had worse and had way better. But getting to the restaurant. Hotel to get through felt like going through a horror movie, just very sketchy and run down and unsafe. While in the steak house fine but out of it felt like I was taking my life in my own hands. Tried it will not go back
