THE Steak House has received many dining awards and has been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or rice pilaf.

Please allow yourself extra time for traffic delays and parking, especially on weekends. We reserve the right to cancel reservations who have not checked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.

    One of the best steak houses in the country. This place reminds one of the old Vegas. Great atmosphere. We ask for Shay to be our server every time. Probably the best server anywhere. This restaurant is expensive and worth every penny.

    David our server was good, attentive, and personable! Food was good, I’d definitely go back. Don’t let the location fool you, this steakhouse can compete with the other high end steakhouses in Vegas.

    We absolutely love coming to THE Steak House at Circus Circus. We always start at the bar to relax and build an appetite. We were seated at a lovely table overlooking the cooking station which was fun to watch and admire the food coming out. Our waiter was great! His name was Chea, he has been there for 40+ years. He had a wonderful smile and was knowledgeable, friendly and no rush to get us out. We'll be back!!

    Brought some first timers with us for dinner. The both said it was the best steak they have ever had. I could not agree more. The service, the atmosphere, the food are all top notch. Always a great dining experience

    Top 3 filet mignon I have had in my life. The seasoning and crust on it was out of this world and cooked to a perfect temp! The section we were seated in got a little loud when a large party got seated, but it's Vegas so that can't be helped. Everything from the salad, to the steak, to the sides were amazing.
