Established in 1984, the Signal Restaurant has drawn praise from critics, guests and multiple award judges, as well as people from the surrounding area. Its menu focuses on seasonal local Boyne Valley produce and ingredients from other parts of Ireland, cooked with fine dining flair, combined with an extensive wine offering carefully selected by our in-house sommelier.

The evening begins at 6.30pm with a pre-dinner cocktail or glass of our Prosecco Frizzante. At 7pm you will be brought in to the Signal Restaurant for the seven courses which are carefully curated and prepared by our head chef. It’s an opportunity for us to share our passion for good food and fine wine – and to show off our pride in the locality. Join us as your tastebuds wander from flavour to flavour and from wine to wine, experiencing combinations that may surprise you – but will not disappoint.

Beautiful flavours,good selection. Father's day well managed. Busy,great service. Elderly mum's rollator tight fit through tables.but facilitated. Tight disabled bathroo. All beautiful, bathrooms, refurbishment would further enhance. Beautiful patio and grounds

Beautiful place, first time and will definitely be back. Very attentive staff the moment we arrived, food was superb!! A must visit. Only downside was the noise level of a large group beside us at the restaurant, it seemed to upset some couples who had requested to move to another table. Not anyone’s fault but upset the ambience of our experience. Still top stars Thanks for the evening Station House

Our first time to visit this restaurant but it will not be our last! The staff were excellent, very welcoming and informative. The choice on the Sunday lunch menu was very good, meeting all tastes. The main courses chosen were lamb and wild hake, both were excellent. On a sunny summer day the outside terrace would be a really lovely choice for lunch.

Very lovely setting with amazing food and service. A highlight worth visiting. Will be at the top of recommendations to anyone we know who wishes to travel to Ireland.

We had a family lunch on the terrace outside under a large parasol. The weather was sunny and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we had an enjoyable time.

It's a really relax atmosphere to good have a nice meal and desert with calming feel about place. Lovely location and beautiful surroundings. I go every Friday nearly now.

Beautiful restaurant & grounds. Food was lovely & staff were great aswell. We sat outside, was a little bit loud due to crows in a nearby tree but that’s nobody’s fault. Very clean restaurant/outdoor area, no major issues
