First time visit for Sunday roasts lunch. Ample sitting but small car park. Will try the garden (dining pods included) next visit to sample the rest of the menu for a proper food review.

We took our Canadian visitors to The Star and we were all were very impressed. The food and service was excellent. The staff were friendly and explained the more unusual dishes to our visitors. They were happy to answer all our questions and put up with our indecision as we struggled to choose. Overall an extremely enjoyable meal.

really enjoyed the white bean soup and the hotpot was excellent. my partner thought the ham was a bit fatty

Well staffed great food- could have had bigger portions of vegetables (cabbage and carrots). Lived the fact that all veggies are served separately rather than stuffed onto the plate

An amazingly Sunday lunch with friends at the Star, Witley. Great food and more than enough. Staff were perfectly attentive. We all loved it and will be back again. Thanks team
