With our everchanging menu, seasonal & local inspiration and forward approach to dining, our commitment to excellence shows in everything we do. We strive to provide a memorable experience each day, it is just what we love to do.

From our in house butchery or cooking over charcoal, to working with local suppliers in our community We challenge the way we all think about Food & Drink.

The Chef's table is a 7-course, exclusive blind Tasting Menu, composed of the best of the season. These are ring side seats right in front of the Kitchen where you will get to see and experience the stress, pressure and rapid fire execution of how a fast-paced restaurant engine runs. This is not for the faint-hearted, your experience will give you a front row seat to how it all goes down. Strap in, it's going to be a hell of a ride. Elevate your experience with pairings from our reserve wine list or a mixology pairing form our bar team. Enjoy an evening hosted by not only our Chef de Cuisine but also joining us will be Pierre Hensenne who is making a special visit from the abbey in Belgium for the event. Mingle with your hosts at our welcome reception and enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres, a welcome Trappist ale, and meet your hosts for the evening. Sharing the 18 oz rib eye steak for my wife and I was perfect. Our server Amanda was great and our steak chef Connor did an excellent job!

Food was great and our server was very nice but service was slow. Appetizers came out almost an hour after we had been sat. Other than that everything was awesome, great cocktail selection and food was outstanding! Definitely try to beef cheek

Went Friday night of the Jann Arden concert in Hamilton so place was full and buzzing, great vibe. Sat at the bar and ordered sharing plates, mostly vegetarian…super tasty, great service. Loved the Belgian cherry beer. Great job all round.

My aunt and I went for dinner and loved all of it!! A bit pricy but worth it. Our waiter was lovely as well !!!

The Standard never disappoints and the flavours on the menu rotate so it never gets boring. Excellent service and they happily accommodate dietary preferences!

The food and service where fantastic. The prices may appear high but the food and service prove that it is worth it. Meal and bottle of wine with tip : $160. Not bad for an excellent restaurant.

The best dining experience in Hamilton Ontario period! Food is off the charts! The most superb meal I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend for any special occasion.

9 of us came to eat and celebrate they accommodated us easily! The staff are beautiful and absolutely friendly and they know the menu! My Green Goddess salad was scrumptious! Can't wait to go back and experience the chef's table. Well done team.
