Located in The Stables at High Melton. In a luxury Courtyard setting. A brand New Restaurant - Newly renovated and furnished with a luxurious Botanical appearance.

The sister venue of No.16 Coffee House & Bar.

With our team of extremely talented chefs, we offer you an exquisite menu with a range of traditional 'pub grub' classics with a twist, along with our amazing speciality dishes designed and created by our experienced Head Chef.

We offer a seated Sunday Lunch Service which we assure will be one of the best in the area!

All of our food is sourced locally and dishes are created fresh onsite in our brand new kitchen.

Our front of house staff are lead by amazingly experienced managers who are here to give you a great welcome and make sure your experience with us is not one you will forget!

We ask our diners to dress smart-casual.

A wonderful dining experience. Entering the bar area we were met with an incredibly warm welcome & served our drinks. On being seated in the restaurant the staff were attentive & clearly very experienced in hospitality. The food was of exceptional quality, we had beef & chicken, & my daughter had the vegetarian option which was a very well thought out dish. A wonderful afternoon in a beautiful setting.

The service from the moment we arrived was impeccable. Quite simply the best Sunday lunch I’ve ever eaten. I can’t recommend The Stable Door highly enough.

Lovely meal at the Stable door. John looked after us superbly! We had various starters which were delicious (scallops & sharing board) The mains were super tasty too! (Fillet steak & steak pies) We are looking forward to re visiting!!

Lovely meal at The Stable Door once again. I went with friends and they all said their meals were delicious. The portions are generous portions and the food is excellent quality. The staff are always friendly and can’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend.

We were extremely well looked after and had a truly delicious meal. The fillet steak was one of the best I've ever had and beautifully cooked.

Having been previously we wanted to try more of the menus and it did not disapoint, food and service was exactly what we expected, fabulous, you feel genuinely looked after, we will be back again soon and again, having worked in a customer service industry, your service is second to none, well done, 👍
