                                                                                                                We booked a reservation through opentable. When we got there, we were told they do not take reservations so we had no where to sit, on my boyfriends birthday. I made the reservations weeks ago. You need to be talking to your vendors.

                                                                                                                We had reserved the high tea which was listed here in open table and was also listed on their website. When we got there they said they aren’t doing high tea even though they had it on their menu. Disappointed that we couldn’t have our traditional tea service but we ordered tea anyway..should probably make sure not to have it listed if it’s not an option right now.

                                                                                                                Booked a reservation on the 11th of February for Valentines Day 9:30pm. On Feb. 13th I received a follow up email asking if I was still keeping my reservation at 9:30pm so I responded yes and everything was as it should be. My date and I arrive and were informed by the concierge that unfortunately they aren't able to serve us past 9:30pm. I asked why how I was able to make a reservation in the first place and was informed the system used for opentable is accepting reservations even though they can't be upheld. Then I was asked, "would I like to reschedule for another day". No one thought to contact me and let me know for 3 days my Valentines Day reservation wasn't honorable. It felt like we were dismissed and didn't matter. My lady got dolled up and drove 45 mins to have a Valentines Day disappointment! From here on out I'm calling to make all reservations..

                                                                                                                While I really want to give a high review for the ease of booking and availability for the Valentine’s Day dinner, I had a few concerns with the overall experience. When we arrived the person in the lobby immediately said that they were at capacity without asking if we had a reservation and then we worried to be seated at a table that was already cleaned and empty but were told they were cleaning it off. Then the service was great but didn’t exactly listen to our orders leading to the food being later and us having to order another appetizer to hold us over. The ambiance was nice, the jazz was a great touch, the position of the chairs to the table was a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom was a bit of a hike away but the food was great.

                                                                                                                Nice and eloquent setting. Drinks were great. Service was a little slow for how few people were in the bar but I still highly recommend for a few drinks. They pour perfectly.

                                                                                                                If you're looking for privacy and mellow ambiance this is the place. We enjoyed our double date with premium cocktails and excellent seafood. Pricey but worth it.
