   Another great time at The Spring on Main. We sat at the bar for lunch on a Saturday. The bartender was very attentive to us even though she handled multiple responsibilities from making drinks to plating charcuterie boards. Our food was terrific, and the drinks were just as good. The Spring offers a wonderful burger, and you can’t go wrong with one of their boards. We got the Smokey Brunch board, and it was amazing. Having eaten here for brunch, lunch, and dinner, I highly recommend making reservations. It’s become a very popular spot, and rightfully so!

   Hubs and I made date night reservations while in Eureka Springs and had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. First, Lynn the bartender and Elliott and Dawn our servers were friendly and very efficient, secondly the lobster roll and bisque were absolutely delicious as well as the Old Fashion cocktail. We’ve made reservations for our next trip to Eureka Springs so we’ll be sure to get a table for dinner and Sunday brunch.

   The place is very eclectic, which we love, lots of character. The smoked wings may have been the best wings I have ever eaten. They were giant, almost like duck wings. The panko fried avocado was good but the crabmeat on too was kinda of meh. My wife had some grilled squash that was to die for.

   Went for Saturday brunch, very busy we were glad to have a reservation. Steak and eggs were delicious and both perfectly cooked!! The steak was seasoned incredibly well, we were very pleasantly surprised. Fun, relaxed atmosphere. Service was a little slow and inattentive but friendly nonetheless. We will definitely be back!

   The crab/avocado appetizer was delicious, along with the salads and steak other then mine was alot more rare then I like so I didn’t finish it. A little short staffed but everyone very nice and friendly

    This could have been a 5 star review . Unfortunate for us we were there on a night they had large groups so they where not able to take care of us . Even with reservations we waited over 20 minutes for our table , and where told we could not get a drink from the bar or even sit at the open chairs because the bar was backed up . Bad communication with the kitchen and our waitress , we where told they had no more boards to order for a starter . Then a table that came in after us ordered a board and got one . The food would have been great had the steaks not been cold when they came out and the sweet potatoes burnt . At this point we just ate because we had been there so long to get food . And it was late The waitress did comp 2 desserts for the table after we brought up the board starter . Great place just catch them on a slower night

    This was our first visit to The Spring on Main. Overall, we were very impressed with the restaurant. The place is very small and intimate and I'd definitely recommend a reservation. There was a very large wedding party in the restaurant so it took a bit of time for someone to take our order. The person who seated us noticed it was taking some time so he came over and took our order - very impressed with his service. We had the Hummus appetizer which was extremely good. For dinner, we had the Char Grilled Mahi Mahi and the Brisket Flat Top Burger with Cheese. Both entrees were prepared nicely and had good flavor. We did end up with 3 different servers bringing us various items and the service ended up be outstanding. We will definitely be back.

    We had a table for four on their newly built outside deck. Our waiter was prompt, attentive and friendly. We began with the hummus appetizer which was perfect for sharing. Two of us had the salmon which was wonderfully prepared with an amazing sprinkle of spices on the side. One of us had the brisket burger which he thoroughly enjoyed and I had a wonderful wild mushroom bisque accompanied by a charred corn and heirloom tomato salad. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner and we would definitely go back!

    Terrible experience - waiting 2+ hours for entrees. Most were wrong. Seated outside - not sure if there is a difference in experience of patio vs inside, but there was zero acknowledgment to the lack of timeline and poor quality all Around. Would not recommend. Will not be returning.

    Food was delicious. I loved looking out on Main Street. Servers were very friendly. A great experience! Highly recommend the biscuits for brunch. The stairs to reach the restaurant are steep. Not handicap accessible.

    This is the second dinner we have had at the Spring this summer and it was similar both times. Both times we had a reservation. For the second time the kitchen and bar were unable to keep up. We sat with empty glasses for long periods of time. We waited a long time before we even got water. We waited nearly an hour for entrees. My daughter’s kid’s meal arrived early and she was done before the grownups were even served. Our salads were forgotten and arrived with the entrees. My medium rare NY strip arrived well done. The menu is appealing but execution is lacking. Maybe a staffing issue…That said, my overdone steak was still tasty and well seasoned. They have done a great job with a space that was vacant for years. Lots of potential. I will try them again the next time in town.

    They were out of the first two things I attempted to order. Finally settled on a salad and it was delicious. I think they make their salad dressing from scratch which is a bonus. The service was slow but I cannot blame them for that since they were busy but other people were getting better service. Charcuterie board and drinks fantastic, wings not so much.

    Ambience is fair. Nothing special. Feels a bit like you are in your friend's upstairs hangout but, the service and food are more than worth going here, Excellent service provided by the young man who waited on me, and the Salmon was superb! Yummy chocolate dessert which he recommended.

    Slow service. My hamburger was ordered med-well came out rare. Manager apologized but took cook staff 10 minutes to cook the hamburger further. Very salted food. My husband would of had another glass of wine but the waitress never asked until seeing we were done. Paid too much for this dining experience.
