They paid no attention to the fact that we had a reservation with open table, and we waited 20 minutes to even have someone talk to us after we walked in. We waited 30 minutes for a table, 20 minutes to get water, and 30 minutes to get subpar coffee full of hounds. We got the smoked charcuterie board for brunch and it was disappointing and full of odd pairings that were not explained. Service was terrible and the food was just okay at best. Nothing special about this place and would not recommend. We tried to say something o the waitress and she dismissed all our concerns by saying they were busy.
We went to the spring on main for brunch. We got there as soon as they opened. It was a bit cool at first but warmed up quickly. The food was amazing. Our waiter was awesome and the price was reasonable. They are located up a flight of stairs. Not handicapped accessible but it was worth it!
The Florentine Eggs Benedict was delightful, with perfectly cooked poached eggs and a yummy lemon hollandaise sauce.
Amazing food and drinks! Staff is very nice and knowledgeable on the menu and recommendations.
This was a great local restaurant. The food was excellent. The staff was attentive and very courteous. Something you don't see much of nowadays. It was pricey though, $100 for brunch for 4 with only 1 alcoholic drink.
Our waitress was great! I took her recommendations and they were spot on!
Wonderful food and cocktails. Sunday brunch is also amazing.
Had been following them on social media for a couple of months and had to try it while in Eureka. Everything lived up to the hype. Great staff, they were welcoming and knowledgeable. Cocktails were incredible and the food was amazing. Fast, friendly service. 10/10
Food was very good. However service from the kitchen was off that night. Table of 7 all of our orders came out a different times. Salads came for three of us and then the other four staggered out.,same with entrees nothing was in synch. Our server was great and apologetic for the kitchen. Again food was very good but it was very disjointed and became distracting to our evening.
Friendly staff. Delicious brunch selection. Eggs Benedict was prepared very well. Brunch cocktails were amazing. I would definitely go back again for more.
Great staff, great food, and great fun! I will definitely return!
We had the burgers and a drink each. Burgers were delicious and drinks were strong. We will visit again during a future visit!
We enjoyed our meal! Great service!
Food and service excellent. Nice view of Eureka Springs. Will definitely go again.
We had our son’s post wedding brunch here and everything was wonderful. Food, service and atmosphere could not have been better. Highly recommend.
The heirloom tomato salad with salmon was fantastic, and my husband enjoyed his burger and french fries. Everything was fresh and made well, and we liked sitting on the second floor next to the windows so we could look down at all the cool motorcycles passing by. The staff was very welcoming, service was great!
We waited forever for our server to refill drinks each time. Plates and glasses were dirty.
Everyone at table ordered different burger. All cook d perfectly, juicy with just enough fat without being greasy. Service friendly and enjoyed our interactions. Highly recommend, especially on a Sunday when lots of things seemed closed!
Food was awesome - definitely recommend the summer squash!
Great little spot for Brunch. Food was outstanding. Service was good but the kitchen may have been a little behind due to very busy restaurant. I think this is a great spot to eat but you need to have time. Maybe the saying "Great food is not fast food" is appropriate in this case.
We've eaten there several times (6 or 7 times since they opened) and service has been an issue in the past (mistakes on our orders, warm cocktails, a warm beer, items did not arrive at the table), but this time four of us were done eating and two people still had no food. It was nearly 45 minutes before they corrected this, so we were there for two hours waiting for our food, eating, and waiting for the rest of the food. Had we had other plans that morning, this would have been a huge issue.
As it was, it was just really inconvenient for four of us to wait for the rest of the food to arrive and then having two watch us eat so our food would not get cold. I had a cocktail that never showed up, we had two bloody marys delivered when only one was ordered. We were told another server took our food from the window. I understand, accidents happen, but it took a really long time for them to correct it. They comped part of the meal, which I appreciate. They have some bugs to work out in the service.
The food though? Stellar. I would still recommend it but would warn people to be cautious during high traffic days (this was Labor Day weekend, they were packed) while they are getting their systems in place.
Don’t be fooled by the decor…Food is awesome. The food and drinks are wonderful.. like really good. The atmosphere doesn’t match the 5star cocktails and food. It feels like a crappy place when you walk in, you’re thinking you’re getting frozen fried basic and then you’re shocked.
We’ll be back because service and food are great
Eggs Benedict were the best ever!
Second time in a weekend. Not as good as the first time but still worth checking out.
Great experience. Amazing food, excellent service, friendly staff.
We dined here for the first time as a late Sunday brunch and we were very happy with our experience. The drinks were top notch and the Smokey Brunch Board hit on all the flavors. The Chicken & Waffles was excellent - the waffle is one of the best I’ve had. This will definitely be a place we frequent on future visits to Eureka Springs.
Incredible food, awesome, unique drinks. A new restaurant with local flavors and EXCELLENT food. I’ll be coming back and bringing everyone with me! The Panko avocado app is to die for.
Sweet new place unfortunately I had the chicken and waffles. I wasn’t able to eat it because it had an extreme amount of salt on the breading. I told the waitress that’s why it was still on my plate when she was clearing the table. The really poor decision she made was charging me the full amount for that uneaten salty food. So sad they she didn’t choose to do the right thing. I own an Airbnb home in eureka springs and won’t be able to recommend them in our flyer. Bartenders were excellent. Could go for drinks.
We landed here on Monday after the majority of restaurants were closed or booked. What a gem! Everyone was so friendly and the food was excellent. Would definitely return here if I make another visit to Eureka Springs.
Recently opened this venue is on the second floor, which meant it was hard to locate, but it was worth the trip.
The staff were very helpful and the meals were delicious. Good service and interesting environment. I hope it does well, but it is new and people should learn about it.
Great food! Will visit again next time we make it to Eureka Springs!
