Re-vamped and re-opened in 2021, The Spotted Dog is the combined efforts of a small group of locals who simply wanted to see their village pub back open so they could enjoy a drink and have some good old fashioned banter!

Throw in one of London's finest, Mark Jarvis as Exec Chef, add in his protégé, Murry Lane as Head Chef, and voila, you now have a local village pub that serves outstanding food too!

Ably led by General Manager Garry Lewis and his team, we're delighted to welcome you to enjoy local beers, excellent wines and outstanding food whilst enjoying the cosy surrounds of a local village pub.

Visiting dogs are made as equally welcome as their two legged friends, with water bowls and biscuit treats available in the front bar.

A warm welcome with a smile, cozy dining set up. Staff knowledgeable about the menu and happy to answer any questions we had and the food!! Well presented, fresh vibrant and full of flavor.

Had a great time at the spotted dog on a Wednesday night with my family and young boys. Staff on point and the food is outstanding !! Thoroughly enjoyed my self and will be back to try more !!
