The Speakeasy is a specialty cocktail laboratory hidden on a 10-acre orchard in Fredericksburg, Texas at Salvation Spirits, a purpose-driven, environmentally conscious distillery, winery and brewery.

Our inviting space offers the perfect setting for a date night or evening with the girls after a day of winery tours. Sip on a glass of wine or explore the complexity of our signature Fritztown Blackberry Gin, a reimagined, botanical-forward spirit, which is a long way from its humble roots in European bathtubs. The Speakeasy uses only Salvation Spirits products (signature blackberry gin, classic gin & vodka) which are rivaled only by the creativity and expertise employed by master mixologist, Sean Lemaster.

Began my pre-birthday celebration at Salvation Spirits. It was out first time here and it was all that we expected! Gorgeous speakeasy style lounge, with fabulous music and amazing cocktails. We will definitely be visiting again!
