   We had the best experience at the Southern Tea Room! We had guests from out of town and wanted to do something special. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was phenominal. Each guest was given their choice of tea with a personal tea pot. I highly recommend!

   What a fun little gem. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious, and the atmosphere great. It made for a great family outing. We’ll be back & bringing people with us.

   My mother and I had a lovely experience! The tea room decor was perfect for a Southern tea. The service was excellent. Our server was so cheerful and had a charming way of presenting us with our delicious all handmade tea cakes, petite sandwiches, soup and salad. A great selection of teas. Perfect for everyday, or a special occasion!

   It was a perfect quaint tea room. Food was everything you could’ve wished for. The tea choices were all amazing and so hard to choose between them all. The food was perfectly portioned and so amazing and fresh. We are already planning our next outing. The service and staff were so friendly.

   We found this establishment after the high tea was cancelled at the Hermitage Hotel. I'm so glad we did! Our server was as sweet as southern sugar water and very attentive. The food was delicious and homemade. If I had to pick what my favorite was, it would be the tomato basil soup in the first course, the pimento cheese sandwich, the blueberry scone, and the lemon square from the tower. I chose the orchard sweet tea, and it just sealed the deal for my future return. When we first arrived at the Factory, seeing the other eating establishments gave me pause because there were other options to choose from that I was unaware of. I'm happy to report that our first choice was perfect, and now I have to go back to the Factory to try the other restaurants. The Southern Tea Room is a hidden jewel in Franklin, Tennessee. My friends from New York were delighted with the small craft (non big box) stores, and they are still raving about the Southern Tea Room. I can't think of a better way to show visitors from other states a real taste of southern hospitality.

   My sister, and friend, were visiting from another state and I wanted to treat them to Tea as a special treat. We have been to several Tea Rooms and were so pleased with The Southern Tea Room! Our server, Mackenzie, was absolutely delightful and made our experience better than we even expected to be. We enjoyed the beautiful teacups and saucers, the amazing food, and our table next to a large window. I will definitely be returning!
