I had never been here before, the restaurant itself was nice and the amount of beer taps was brag worthy but our dining experience was glorified cafeteria food. We got bbq burger and the margarita flatbread, the burger wasn’t even freshly ground meat, it looked like a fast food frozen patty and the fries were soggy. The flatbread was lazy and not even hot, and looked like something i would’ve ate at my middle school. Way too overpriced for the quality you’re unfortunately receiving.

No, the appetizers were OK. But the main entrées were not good. Both my friend and I got the ribs and they were very dry. They tasted OK, but was a little tough to eat. both my wife and her friend returned their food back to the kitchen. my wife had the fish and chips, and it was very oily. And the crabcakes tasted very bad. You could tell that they were frozen.

I had high hopes for the food, but was let down. Our food came out cold and all was very , very bland; it also took almost an hour to get our food and it was not a busy night. The service was lacking as well. Very nice, but didn't refill or check back but maybe 3 times throughout our entire time there...which was a long time. We won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

The noise level made it difficult to hear each other’s conversations. Ladies room was filthy. I told the hostess it needed tending to before we took our table. Went back in after our meals and it still was a mess. It was not busy when we sat down to eat. Food was a mix of very good and not very good. Burgers were all over cooked , and room temperature, fries were cold. Appetizers were very good. Our waitress was attentive at first, but was hard to find while waiting for our meals. Not sure we would be back.

On my OpenTable reservation, I included that it was our 25th wedding anniversary. When we were talking to our server we said that it was our 25th wedding anniversary. We didn’t even get a “Congratulations” or “Happy Anniversary”. There was no fanfare nor were we made to feel special. You’d think we’d at least get a discount or free dessert, when you’re paying $17 for a burger and $38 for steak. Very disappointing. Don’t come here for special occasions. This is just an overrated bar and grill. Nothing special. Never going back.

They sat us by the door so every time people came in we were blasted with cold air. The soup was served lukewarm at best, one plate was wrong completely, and the steak (most expensive item on the menu) was tough, stringy and undercooked. When we expressed our displeasure, the manager was less than apologetic.

It’s a very unique and eclectic place. Was a little noisy but not to where you had to yell to be heard. Food was really good. My date had a little issue with what the chef/cook considered a medium steak, but it was worked out and he said his steak was really good. Will be back.

I took my boyfriend for a surprise 25th birthday. We had a great time and we’re surprised by the staff providing the birthday person with the option for an alcoholic beverage or food item instead. Very inclusive. We ran into an issue of prior communication, I requested some information about cake or bringing in items and did not get a response until a few hours prior to the reservation. We ended up not getting anything due to this. But overall a great experience here. Have gone back 2 times since.
